WELKIN HOTEL , SECUNDERABAD

Very pleasent and great stay for 4 nights. Best part of the hotel is famous food outlet paradise biryani is waklable distance & paradise metro is 500 m away. They give breakfast but all day same breakfast although taste is very good. The other negative part of the standard rooms that they don't have windows

We booked through online portal, and the person there in the reception denied checkin saying that booking we have cancelled, post showing voucher also that reception guy was very rude behaviour, I had asked him to call the GM he said i cannot Call now and went, post that website team supported to get the check-in, Post this also that hotel reception person doesn't even show his badge and name, when we asked his name he simply denied and went off In my 20 years of hospitality industry, even a lodge guy behaviour will not be like this, purposely posting this at midnight as I lost my patience

Worst hotel Fraud hotel I have ever seen people in reception are too arrogant and not giving respect by profession they haven't gave us room even booked by Agoda and not even booking was cancelled waste of money and waste of time..looting money from innocent people

Not a reliable hotel to book the stay..manager accepted for the discounted fare and after reaching the hotel staff says cannot give the room for the accepted fare as rooms are getting full. Should not have accepted the booking over phone and making me travel all the long way to the hotel. Looks like this hotel don't have a standard room fare..changing the room fare depending on the situation.

Renovated rooms are very good and also very clean, Breakfast Is good in that Vada was very good. Any one can stay safely and full security, the staff was very humble and polite they are responding very soon in any time, iam recommending this hotel

I would Strongly recommend Do not book this Hotel for long Stay, They will treat you like 'Take it for Granted...' Not at all recommended for other state visitor Very Rude, Not supportive in any case 1) I have booked executive room for 10 day, but on 1st day itself wifi was not working so they shifted me to standard room saying this is an executive room, also they said our website is hacked so we cannot justify rooms, i have attached the photos as well. 2) i lost door access card, for which they charged 1000 rs, no were they informed on checkin that this would be the charges, 1st hotel i have seen charging 1000 rs for this cheap card, i have attached the bills and access card too 3) when i showed my concern to the owner he was so rude to me and when i ask his name he just walked away saying get the name from reception and also said go and complain to PS, and he ask my name i replied him, then Owner said aadhar card is not valid document to proof your name 4) receptionist name :- himanshu lahire & Baburao (They were ask to give their name) no one was giving their name

The hotel is difficult to find because of the small lane, otherwise the rooms are good. The bathroom has no lock, so need to be very careful while using the restroom

Don't go by listing photos. It is inside lane near Paradise circle. After booking with Agoda, requested for a quiet room. They gave me front side room. Room was having electrical issue. Neither TV nor charging point was working. Asked for room change. A BIG NO. Electrician came and sat in room for rectifying issue. The pillar is inside the room with no justification. In the night, once again TV stopped working. Called reception. They told will send somone. No one came till checkout next day. Breakfast was almost over. However guy arranged 1 paratha after request. 1 star for him. During checkout, was asked for review. Told her all the issues and she just laughed at it. So here is review.
