Better avoid this facility and booking through Goibibo ( no customer care support) Good check-in and check out experience. Good and friendly staff. Booked through Goibibo and they failed to communicate with the hotel. Cons: Room was full of dust AC was not working Morning hours room was so hot

Room and bathroom were clean; small but adequate in size. At around 10.30AM I got a call and was told check out time was 11AM. I was under the impression that it was 12PM. However, I accepted his time but requested for extension of an hour to which he agreed. We were ready and were just taking our luggage out, suddenly the power was disconnected at 11.55AM. It was quite rude and unnecessary. Hence, 3 star. Rest was OK.

My flight was delayed and went @ 10pm only but hotel staff received us instantly... Room was adequate, average but not clean.... informed the cleaner boy and he immediately cleaned the room, changed the towel... Had to give him extra tips ... Main on road location... Overall I liked it.... Good place to stay

Nightmarish Stay at Collection O Casa Grand Hotels Nacharam Hyderabad : Avoid at All Costs! I recently had the misfortune of staying here in Hyderabad , and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. My bus was delayed, and I arrived with my family late at night, exhausted and looking forward to a comfortable rest. However, our nightmare had just begun. Unwelcoming and Rude Staff: To our utter shock, the hotel staff initially refused us entry, claiming the price quoted by Oyo was too low. Their behavior was incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no empathy or understanding for our situation. Thankfully, after a lengthy and stressful phone call with Oyo customer support, we were finally allowed to check in. Filthy and Unhygienic Room: Once we entered the room, we were met with another unpleasant surprise. It was evident that the room hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bedding was stained and dusty, and there was dirt and grime everywhere. We immediately requested a change of sheets and a proper cleaning, but were told that it could only be done the next day. Unfulfilled Promises and Unmet Needs: The next day, the room remained untouched despite our repeated reminders. The hotel offered no food options, leaving us hungry and frustrated. Additionally, the geyser had a dangerous earthing issue, posing a serious safety hazard. Overall Impression: Our stay at Collection O Casa Grand Hotels Nacharam was nothing short of a nightmare. It was an experience filled with disappointment, frustration, and a complete lack of basic amenities and hygiene. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and uncaring, and the hotel's overall condition was deplorable. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to reconsider. It is a place that falls far short of even the most basic standards of hospitality. My experience has been a stark reminder to be wary of hotels with suspiciously low prices and to always read reviews carefully before booking.

Good budget hotel, need a little work on cleanliness.

Fraud hotel, Denied checkin saying it's overbooked. I even called 3 hrs before checkin to confirm if all is ok and they still do this. Harrowing experience. Pathetic property manager who acts like a lunatic, doesn't answer customer support when they call and acts as if he dosent know anything. Please avoid if you want a peace of mind
