Pathetic. Worst management Worst rooms Worst service Unhygiene Just don't trust these reviews especially in Oyo. At the time of checkout they are asking customer to open the app to do some checkout process and they without customer consent are rating themselves as 5. Since we don't have option to edit rating, they are cheating like this. If you want to book rooms please check their parking before booking rooms. If you are checking online, trust me the pictures are far different from what you see there. You will get foul smell of u switch on ac and the bedsheets are not washed in months. Washroom is pathetic. Please check some other hotels not this one.

I booked a room here through agoda. When I came here they abruptly said that they don't accept any kind of online bookings. When contacted through agoda they are purposefully avoiding calls. Also when I asked to speak to agoda through my phone they are avoiding it as much as possible saying that they have someone else above them but ironically they don't tell you their whereabouts for speaking. All things considered I'm basically on the road. They are saying they only accept only manual bookings. Lookout when you are booking this specific one!!!!

We have stayed in the hotel for 4 days... Very affordable and comfortable rooms... I visited with my mom and Aunt it was very comfortable stay for them... The service was good and the staff of the hotel was very friendly and very helpful... We visited the hotel in night around 11 pm as our prior hotel has some issues but the staff cleaned the rooms that time.... Enjoyed the stay in the Hotel Relax Inn... I would suggest to stay in the Hotel Relax Inn.. The hotel is just beside the Paradise hotel... Thank you to the staff of the Hotel Relax Inn...

The lamentable condition of this establishment is glaringly obvious, with rooms sorely lacking in proper furnishings, a careless habit of shifting curtains to mask window deficiencies, and an elevator system that routinely experiences malfunctions, featuring an alarm button that remains infuriatingly unresponsive. My recent ordeal involved being trapped within this malfunctioning elevator for a grueling 10 minutes, with my escape only facilitated by the fortuitous presence of my brother in the vicinity. What compounds this dire situation is the consistently discourteous behavior of the hotel staff and management. Their audacious demand for additional payment, despite a booking that had been fully prepaid in advance, is nothing short of an outrageous affront to decency. Our patience was tested for an interminable 90 minutes in the reception area, only to find that the actual state of this establishment falls woefully short of the deceptive online portrayals. Ac was leaking water,room was clean,bathroom was okay but further hygiene can be maintained maximum 3 stars can be given
