Hotel Swagath Grand

1) first of all, they gave us a room in another building on the back side of the hotel so extra steps that way! 2) but more problematic than that was perhaps the biggest thumbs down, COCKROACHES, yes folks yes, they were in 2 freaking rooms...we literally had to be shifted to another floor to finally get the well deserved peace and rest after the tiring journey. 3) if we talk about service they atleast were rapid in taking action to change our rooms but still its their fault that the whole room is infested with cockroaches

I ordered fried rice at night from Swiggy, it is good but chicken 65 is not good at all, it is very different from the other hotels, make it correctly, I eat chicken 65 all days but please change it

The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the hotel's facilities, including the gym and spa, were top-notch. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Every meal was a delight.I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and personalized service. The team truly cares about their guests, and it shows. I would highly recommend Hotel Suchitra Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

I ordered sunday 02nd march egg biryani frim siggy and delivered wrong item.I sent escalated mail to Swiggy team.They told hotel team not responding and given me mail to give rating and feedback.

Swagata Grand is on the main road, approachable. Everything is moderate the rooms are not clean, it's dusty. Bathroom are my great grandfathers age and style, the pillows are sagging and drooling and almost about to get perish, however AC is working, breakfast is nice, poori is oily but the entire breakfast spread of buffet is good, tasty. 3500 per room per night for 24hr check in is nice. Please carry marriage certificate if you are booking this. Hey there is a in-house bar & restaurant in the building for chilled Beer. That's good again. Overall it's just paisa vasool and affordable. I request the owners please pay attention to the front desk as they keep refusing the guest for rooms. Unless you visit them and tell them you had a call and they said come there is availability, don't call them but just go and visit them. If the front desk person is in good mood then you are 1 lucky person. Lol

"I'm extremely disappointed with my recent dining experience . The food was absolutely terrible. I ordered the fish tikka,, but what I got was a flavorless, overcooked, and poorly presented meal. The service was also subpar. Our server seemed disinterested and took ages to attend to our needs. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The quality of food and service was extremely poor.

It's a very good restaurant to visit with family. The food is also good but it takes some time to get the food.

Good food but low quantity, Take away is better than dining.
