Frenotel Secunderabad

The rooms were new and really really clean. Cozy and comfortable enough. The rooms and the facilities exceeded expectations. One major issue with the hotel- the parking. If you don't plan to park your car, you can book right away. If you do have a car to park, you're in for a surprise. The cars need to be parked back to back in a line. If anyone needs to take out their car, others parked behind would need to take their car out. This is a serious hassle and the staff calls the guests time and again to play musical chair of cars. And parking on the street is not without risk as the area is busy enough and there is risk of damage. My car was not even a week old and some kid hit my car with his scooter.

I found Frenotel's location , staff , rooms , service and staff to be quiet good and surely a "value for money". It was a comfortable and satisfying experience. I would highly recommend this hotel .

One of the worst hotels in stayed in...very very dirty lenin for beds...we were offered a room in which all the bed lenin had hairs on it....after complaining they showed us another 2 rooms...again had same problem hairs on the bedsheet....toilets were not clean ...had faecal stains

Excellent Rooms and Good service and very clean beds and very hygienic wash rooms, very classic hotel and worth it...

Wanted to book a room from 8:30am morning to next day 3:30 pm ..asked him to take 2 days charges or let me knw wat is the alternate but the person on reception was too rude and said check for a different hotel directly inspite of having availability!!

There were bugs everywhere, uncleaned washrooms and totally unprofessional staff who were drunk and did not even fulfil our requests !! I hope you guys dont waste your money at this stay !!
