FabHotel WR Grand I

One of the worst places I have stayed. The service is really bad. It's not worth a third of the money you pay. You need to call them and keep asking for basic stuff multiple times to get anything done. Even basic stuff like room service, we stayed for 5 nights and the room was cleaned twice. That too after asking like 4 times. And even then I don't know what they cleaned, there were still empty bottles and wrappers around the dustbin. Also they have some rodent issue as well. We came back to the room to find that some of our food was nibbled by rat/rats. When we told the guy at reception, he didn't even try to deny it lol, meaning he the staff already knew about it. Also they say breakfast is included, but in reality you have to call them and tell them what you want, and they'll order it from some cheap restaurant and it'll be cold by the time you get it.

Next time come visit again because this hotel So nice view staff all so good one of staff name of sharul service boy nice guy

I have book the hotel from 15 th February 2025 ,till 20th February only good thing about this hotel is near to secunderabad raily station and it's on main road . Under construction no room service even their is no board. wile booking its a fab hotel but board over their is white rich hotel .fab customer care also won't respond when I called them for address, very bad experience, from next time i will never book this hotel,i now then book hotel from oyo its a worst for that price

It's a new property. Had booked from 21-24 Dec. location is quite well near to railway station. Room are also good. However, the service can be improved.

Good location, good rooms, still avoid it.. And please DONT do advance payment for booking.

They refused our stay last minute (2 hours after scheduled checkin time) as we were traveling to the hotel, and booked us an OYO townhouse nearby for same pride which was dirty and not up-to the standards for the price. Especially this was on my wedding day so it was particularly frustrating. The reason they stated was water leak. However the OYO hotel had bad bed sheets and poorly maintained. Recommend Royal Reve Hotel which is excellent. Clean, friendly staff and amazing room service

Rooms Clean and spacious, Comfortable, Modern and stylish, and Well-equipped. Food Delicious breakfast, Good quality food, and Great value for money. Location Conveniently located, Close to major attractions, and Great location for business and pleasure. Overall experience Memorable stay, Above expectation, and Enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Very bad service . I had for a glass to drink water,guess guys what I got was a plastic glass . I had booked from 17th Nov 2024 to 19th Nov 2024 . Location is good but managed badly . I don't know whether fab takes a routine check of the properties . So after the plastic glass which is paper thin ,I made a bog noise I get a steel glass which must have been kept somewhere in the attic so dirty . Well what kind of hospitality is this , Unfortunately I happen to be from the hotel industry we don't take all this crap . My suggestion to the owner is very simple please look into your property . Fab is taking you for a ride .
