**Worst Hotel Experience - Avoid Fab Hotels!** I booked **Fab Hotel Prime Seven Lake View near Hussain Sagar Lake **, and it was the worst stay ever in my life. The rooms were under renovation, AC didn't work, and there were **cockroaches and bed bugs**. Despite paying an advance, I arrived at **3 AM** and had no choice but to stay. The hotel staff was unhelpful, saying it's **Fab Hotels' issue**, and Fab Hotels' customer support was even worse--**long wait times ( approx 12 - 15 mins ) and no solutions**. Thankfully, I wasn't with family. **Avoid Fab Hotels at all costs!** If I could rate **0 stars, I would--giving 1 star only because it's the minimum.**
