FabHotel L Grand - Hotel in Secunderabad

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had some positives, there were also some significant drawbacks. Room Quality The rooms were not up to par considering the price. The blankets and pillow covers were very old and could have been replaced. The bathroom was also a letdown - the shower wasn't working properly, and the shutoff spray was a bit of an issue. Amenities The AC was working, but it wasn't cooling the room properly. This was a bit of a disappointment, especially considering the hot weather. Food and Staff On the plus side, the restaurant was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I did have a bit of a negative experience with the lady receptionist. Location The location of the hotel was excellent - it's very close to Secunderabad Railway Station, Secunderabad West Metro Station, and the bus station. This made it easy to get around the city. Overall While the hotel had some positives, the room quality and amenities were not up to par. With a bit of improvement in these areas, this hotel could be a great option for travelers.

Very disappointed with my stay. The room looked nothing like the photos--completely misleading. The bathroom was dirty and not properly cleaned. It's a cheap hotel with equally cheap service. I called the staff twice about the TV not working, but no one ever came to fix it. The mattress was damaged and uncomfortable, and the blanket wasn't clean either. Would not recommend this place at all.

There is no feeling that we are staying in FAB hotel chain. Rs. 500 extra amount is being collected at the time of check-in even after making total payment for stay. One of the worst hotel at Secunderabad railway. Since it is very highly rushed area management don't care about the Google reviews and all. They follow their own rules. They are trying to avoid complementary breakfast wherever possible. In fact, FabHotel L Grand and OYO Lotus Grand both are same, don't be confused. Bucket and mug are very dirty.

The access road to the hotel is very bad because of nearness to the railway station. The rooms are ok. But clearing garbage from room, change of sheets are not done on daily basis for those guests staying for more than one day. If you are a morning bird, you are in trouble. The room service for coffee or tea does not start before 07 30. Luckily two tea stalls are available opposite to the hotel for coffee or tea. A notice board in placed asking guests not to waste water!. But to get hot water for bathing, one has to let go 3 buckets of water because of solar plant for the entire hotel. The management has to think of laying more pipes for individual floors.

The room had a lot of cockroaches that were crawling all over the bed , floor & cupboard. The room is not at all what it looks like in the pictures as the walls are not maintained properly. The bathroom doesnot have proper hangers & moss has gathered all over the wall & door

I had a terrible experience dealing with the hotel booking coordinator and the customer care team. The booking coordinator was not only unhelpful but also blatantly lied about the availability and amenities of the room. Despite repeated assurances, the promised arrangements were not made, and no effort was taken to resolve the issue. When I contacted the customer care team for help, they were equally dismissive and unprofessional, offering no solution and shifting the blame instead. This level of dishonesty and poor service is unacceptable for a hospitality business.

Rooms where not what was shown in the Fab hotel site. The washroom was not good, flush not working, jet spray not working....not hand wash was provided. The room was dull looking, feels like living in a low category lodge. In room service for dine, they provided the disposal plates, plastic spoon and plastic glass for eating instead of plate or glass. Worst experience I had with this booking.

Rooms are good. AC not working. Food is good. But overall rating can be given 3 out of 5.
