I am writing to share my disappointing experience at the recent Eco Retreat gathering in Palgutta. Unfortunately, the event fell short of my expectations in several areas.As someone who has visited farmhouses for many years, I was shocked by the numerous issues I encountered at Eco Retreat. Despite paying a substantial amount, I was not satisfied with the experience.Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against visiting Eco Retreat, Palgutta. I hope this feedback will help others make informed decisions.

Great place to stay and chill with friends and family, well maintained and managed.

Nestled amidst a breathtaking greenary, Eco retreat offers a truly immersive escape into nature's embrace. From the moment you arrive, the vibrant greenery envelops you, creating an atmosphere of serene tranquility that feels a world away from the everyday hustle.

We recently hosted an event with 150 guests at this resort. While the venue itself was good, the hospitality was severely lacking. At the end of the Sangeet event, heavy rain ruined the outdoor food arrangements. The caterers quickly moved the food to a covered pathway, but the manager took 15 minutes to turn on the lights, claiming it wasn't included. Elderly guests were left standing in discomfort while eating. Despite multiple requests to open the convention hall for shelter, the manager/owner delayed for over an hour, only opening it after everyone had finished their meal. This behavior was unacceptable, especially with the rain pouring and winds gushing. Unless the resort changes its attitude towards customer service, I strongly advise against booking here. The owner needs to understand that customer satisfaction drives the success of the resorts and not just the beauty of the resort.

It was an incredible experience with a pristine and refreshing natural environment.
