Dream Valley Resorts reception

Very disappointed with Dream valley resort.The worst experience I ever had in my life. They ruined my birthday completely. Overall we spent 10,000rs here including buffets and rooms. And it was just the waste of our time and money. If you are planning to come here better find a good place for yourself in this budget you and stay at very good places in Hyderabad. After 7 pm this place looks like horror movie sets. Children can't even play in children park. The complete resort have nearly no lights. And they call it premium rooms. The cheap hotels are better than this. Some of the staff is very rude and serve guest by looking at the religion. Hi-tea and snacks are also ok-ok don't keep your hopes high. Water slides are also very old and it's very small. Very few people in the water park. On Make my trip it was mentioned swimming pool view rooms but the room given to us was no were near the pool. All the activities were closed by 6:30pm only if you want to play indoor games with your family after 6:30 pm it's not easy. First they said buffets are available at the time of check in and when we asked from our room also they said it was available but when we went there for buffets the resturant said not available again we had to go to reception and ask for buffet which is again very far from the room. The complete way to the reception is dark with nearly no lights.

Rest rooms are not maintained well, swiming pool maintanence ok ok, Lunch was nice and evening hi-tea nice. Rain dance area worst. Water rides are good and indoor games too.

We've visited this resort twice. The ambiance and service is all good...a small disappointment with the food.

Every thing was from beginning and till the end very friendly Nature staff
