Rooms are large, specious and fairly maintained although more than 60 years old. Restaurant is nice although choice is limited. Service at the restaurant is excellent in spite of less number of people. There is a swimming pool although I did not use it. Telangana Tourism boat port is nearby but they don't give sufficient time at Nagarjuna Konda.

Government has such a prime location. But, very bad management. Rooms door hinges have all been broken. Washrooms are dirty. Not worth 2700 that they charge. The orange trees, the scenic beauty around, approachability are all great. Only because of the maintenance I discourage people going there

Nice quaint place. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. The view from the lake facing rooms is awesome. Good place for a short quick vacation, away from the city noise.

Rated everything considering the price, We stayed in AC suite and I found it old but clean. Swimming pool was clean, although changing rooms and bathrooms needs to be maintained. Restaurent was good, we have ordered ala-carte and found it good.Special mention for the restaurant manager, he was a cool guy and ready to accomodate as per customers requirements.Also kitchen was clean and vegetables were fresh. Only drawback is that they don't accept card in restaurant.

Best view of Nagarjuna Sagar Dam. Location and service are the highlights. Food is good too. Buildings and rooms can be maintained better

This facility is constructed in 1967. Age old, run down rooms. The ceiling is with a water leakage patch. Yellow color water coming in the bathrooms. Beds are damaged, bed sheets are with stains and holes. Room AC and fan is working. TV is not working. Location is really good near to Krishna river. But no proper maintenance lead to this situation. The restaurant serves all veg, non veg (both South and North Indian) items. Cleanliness should be improved. Spice levels are high. People are nice and ready to help. Quality of food can be improved. At the reception, no one shows much interest to explain the near by tourist attractions. There is a safari vehicle which takes tourist to the near by forest. No one told about this. Next day I saw someone came on that. The reception people said it operates in the morning hours. Like this there are many examples.

It is maintained by the Telangana Tourism Development Corporation. We had lunch here. It has a lot of scope to improve. Not the great food for the price they charged and very few items are available.

Place is having very good views but rooms lack even basic amenities. Doors doesn't close properly, A/C unit was missing airflow flap. Main door handles doesn't work. They arranged a makeshift tower bolt to close door from inside and it had only one screw. An unknown person just barged into our room around 4am just by pushing the main door. He realised it wasn't his room and left immediately. Imagine how horrifying this is when you're with family in deep sleep and any one could just walkin? Absolutely not safe. I've called reception person and he sent a guy to check. Please notevthat no intercomm is available. That guy couldn't do anything as no carpenter is available at that time. He suggested to keep a chair to block door from opening and left. My family couldn't sleep after that incident. Food is of very low quality and prices are exorbitant. Service is very slow.
