Hotel Swagath Grand - Miryalaguda

I wanted to share the worst experience which is being faced by me and My international expats. 1). Room hygiene was very worst in situation 2).staff behavior was very irresponsible while treating with the corporate guests and as well as international expats. 3). I have lost my charger cable & No one was responsible of the same, since everyone was saying we are not responsible of your belongings. 4). And the hotel staff Mr.Aditya & Mr. Saidulu was very rude and irresponsible with the corporate guest's. 5). And the worst Hospitality was too worst no proper receiving when the guest's arrive at the property. 6).Food was worst in taste and Quality.(Better at local street vendor). 7).And when we call for a query no one understands neither proper response will be received from the ground staff and as well as the Manager Saidulu. And if we ask something strongly and the response you get was go whereever you want and you can do whatever you want. 8).Finally i recommend not to stay at these property along with Family neither for corporates. 9).Better i would recommend Hotel M grand beside to this Swagath grand Hotel M grand was so good at Hospitality and receiving of corporate guests and the behavior of staff of quite Extraordinary at Hotel M grand.

Very poor .An unbearable fouling smell will always be there after clearing of rooms. The reason may be the old property or the cleaning material the hotel used. For replacement of missing room key the charged 600 which generally costs 250-300. When I asked bill against the same the hotel told that bill can't be generated for this and issue me a kaccha bill instead. I came to stayed there for several days but checkout after this incident.

Worst service for restaurant..all are responsible, right from room boy, reception and kitchen ..beware before your order

Very poor hygiene. They used same mop to clean the toilet and then the room . We booked for 2 nights but vacated after first night due to that reason. They denied to refund for next day even after explaining the issue.

Staff response is very very weak. Even if you are coming for 100th time, they won't even greet you as a courtesy.. They missed my food bill and I am doing a follow-up for 7 days, still not couriered...

I am one of the customer we are coming to restaurant bar three days weekly I am please request to I am order kima biryani , But only 2 pieces onions supplies we are 3 members sit on the table So I asked onions but he said don't give any etc onions Is it to bad sir We are inconvenienced u r bar

I am sharing my experience with you all it was worse from the very first day of our stay at Swagath Hotel, I went with my colleague to the Swagath Hotel, and the front desk person called at 2 am to confirm the stay, and continued for all 3 days that we stayed in this hotel, I have complained about the incident to the manager he was misbehaving with me and my colleague, and the bathroom door doesn't have a lock, after our check-in they repaired it. The hotel is poorly managed, and the hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general etiquette, and customer assistance, the breakfast they served was below average. I had one of the worst experiences in my life, the staff was terrible front desk guys were the worst and indifferent, and the room was tiny compared to the price they were charging. There was a power cut more than 10 times and it continued all three days, and the hotel doesn't have a generator. I regret the choice I made to stay in the Swagath Hotel. I wanted to write more but it is a waste of time because I don't think they are open to improving their services. 8-8-2024 One can see how the hotel management replies to all the reviews with the same copy of past responses, out of these replies one can understand how eager they are to improve their services. Think twice before approaching to select Swagath Hotel.

it's a nice feeling to come across a well maintained , clean hotel in small towns . Swagath Grand falla in this category!
