Hotel O Ss Delight

In ss delight they have charged extra amount for which was not said while booking the room..., Receptionist is not polite and talking very harsh. My experience is very poor at this hotel. They have taken rupees 300 extra while checkin and for while checkout For extra 2 hours they are charging 700rs . But according to Oyo they have to charge 10 to 30% but they are demanding too much money. Still My cancellation amount of Oyo is not refunded in my account.

The room was not clean at all. Found cockroaches. Bed linen was dirty. Didn't replace even when asked. No geyser as well. They demanded extra 100 although I've made payment online. Worst experience in my lifetime at Oyo.

They also argued to pay 100 more despite having booked and paid online via Oyo. I've resolved the issue by raising complaint call with Oyo on the spot.

I lived here for more than 15 days my experience wouldn't be good if I haven't meet with the guy name "Ramzan" he was good enough and taking care of Mee i think he diserve manager post he is well behaved and trained. But i think rooms need maintenance it's not well maintained cleaning is not upto that mark.

Worst Staff attitude. According to them cleaning of rooms is only once while check in. Even if you stay for 10 days. There is no guarantee of allotment of rooms either you book rooms in person or online. They may offer you rooms at other locations, some times even it may be far away locations.

Customer care person told me that check in and out time is 24hr and it is near to Hyderabad station, both the information is wrong. No wash basen in bathroom, fan is not working. AC remot is not available. Very very bad experience.

Price while booking is not valid. They charge you double the price. If we argue they ask to cancel it. It would be a terrible thing to face if you are new to a place with such an experience

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
