Hotel PND complex

Hello I am madan lal Dangi recently 3 years I stay in hotel pnd complex it is very nice cleaning and WiFi facilities good staffs it is eco friendly to each customer

Very very bad Responses from the room boys.No room maintenance.We booked AC room.When we come and check AC not working properly when we ask they came and check but no use. Just wasting time. We couldn't sleep for 2 hours nearly.When we fight with them they changed 3 rooms. Making Payment to them before is the biggest mistake we made. Please check the room and after that using is good..

Ours is a prepaid hotel room confirmed booking for 12guests in 6rooms for the date 22-08-2023 booked using makemytrip website. Surprisingly on reaching the hotel as per confirmed booking, it was informed by the reception after speaking to the concerned manager that makemytrip/Oyo category rooms are very very limited and cannot provide six rooms at that tariff. They are very rude and while we tried to explain they didn't heard, and when tried to complain to make my trip then after waiting for an hour told that if interested all twelve guests can be accommodated in two rooms with extra beds having total two bath rooms only. As already prepaid, and sufficient time wasted at the hotel and time approaching 3pm we left for lunch by accepting their offer. Then they asked Aadhaar cards of all twelve guests which we've provided and left for lunch. They didn't provide even drinking water, glasses, AC, TV etc., minimum things and also told that no room service available and outside food not allowed. Finally as we're left with no other options due to paucity of time just managed the stay and vacted the hotel as per check out time. Totally horrible experience.

WORST,WORST, WORST. Please avoid this hotel. Completely nightmare for family's. This hotel is only for drinkers, no safety for family's at night. Alcoholic's rome entire hotel at night and even try to open your room doors, I don't know what management is doing about this. One of the worst stays of my life.

I was searching a good hotel during my visit to Hyderabad and found this awesome hotel. The room service was bang on. Rooms were decent and the interior was of top notch quality. I visited Charminar, salarjung museum as they were close to the hotel. I enjoyed my time there, hoping to visit again.

Very nice place to stay in Hyderabad. Supermarket is nearby. Has good parking space in the basement.

Beware. This is one of the worst hotels in the vicinity. - Rooms aren't cleaned - Geysers give electric shock - Owner is super rude - Doesn't allow to cancel before check-in Please consider hotels in Karmanghat
