Nice place in the office beat season ..if prices are altered then we can see more crowds at this place ...family friends ..can enjoy like anything

Had a good two night stay here. Staff was polite and quick in helping us resolve a few booking issues. Rooms are good with basic amenities and bathroom was clean. Hotel is only a 5 minute drive from the Temple, which is the major attraction in Medaram. Suggestion - Taps in bathroom can be maintained better. And you can install a water filter in your premises so that staff doesn't have to depend on canned/bottled water. Plastic waste can be better managed in the hotel compound.

No maintenance in internal or external it could be better to maintain by hiring someone staff there is only one person.

Resort is huge and very spacious. Maintained well and especially staff are very cooperative. Inspite of continuous raining they provided all facilities when asked. Though there is ahirtage of restaurant, they gave alternative arrangements of food and very well co-operative. Liked rooms ver much well maintained clean and spacious. Thankyou Santhosh for all co-operation.

The place is really good for what we get in Medaram, a peacefull place to stay with family members. The staff named Manoj and other staff members are really helpfull and polite in finding us the food alternatives and also provided all the facilities what we required at the hotel. The only drawback is the generator which is not working and its not their fault too it has been stopped working with the floods they got last time.

The rooms & tents are good. Restaurant service is very pathetic. They didn't have breakfast till 10 am. Also after 10 am, the Sambar was spolled n Idlli's were not boiled properly and for tea we need request and wait for more than 30 mins.

None of the payment method is working and unable to book online, the contact number provided says switched off all the time. I have tried to book and payment got deducted from my account and didn't receive any acknowledgement. Seems there is no way to reach out these people!! Please reach out to me as soon as you see this.

Medaram is a very significant pilgrim place for the tribal population of Andhra, Telangana, Odisha, and Chattisgarh. Only one good hotel in Medaram is Haritha Grand. Very well located with spacious room at very good rates. Close to tadvai forest, Laknavaram, mulugu
