SPOT ON Hotel Akshaya Residency Near Bbr Super Speciality Hospital

Guys Rooms are not like how they are showing the images in Oyo or google its totally different there is no tv or ac or pillows when it comes to cleanliness room is fully dirty in every corners gutka spits are there and bad smell is coming and there is no safety for couples washroom lickage. Today my day gone bad bcoz I choose that hotel to stay n I shifted in one from one hotel to another bcoz of dirty and unsafe I request you do not visit this hotel specially for couples window locks are not working. Stay safe guys

Although the rooms are good. But when it comes to the behaviour of staff that is very bad. Literally they don't care about the customer earlier they told me the availability of the room but when I went there they denied and said there is no availability of room and behaved very much bad and they showed that they don't care about customers........ Very bad experience

Hotel power cut off 5 times... Almost one and half hour Room images showing different.they given room is different I went for rating good but there is aminities.. They is No Ac I am suggesting go there... But staff is good

It was small room for one person but i booked for 2 people hotel owner said like if you book in OYO will give like this only so don't ask like that he said it was quite small bed only one person can fit in it. Again paid extra 400 for double bed bloody worst to book on OYO

Room was good and they provide drinking water. Supporting staff behaviour was also well. They didn't ask extra money at check in time.

Room is not good in photos they shows some big rooms but fact is only beside reception 4 rooms only some good , remaining floors so conjusted and bedsheet also they are not changing only arranging previous bedsheet properly ,and their is a big space upon the door and outside of the door their is light and that lights reflect into the room through that big space upon the room while sleeping irritate alot

Very good experience, service was excellent and very polite communication with customer. haven't charged any extra amount couple friendly so nice 100% suggest to visit this hotel

Some what reasonable prices compared to other lodges in the area, but had to compromise with the washrooms, better for only one day stay. Charged 700 for one day (non-ac)
