The grand 3-Star Sindhu Hotel

Other than the location everything is worse. There is no option to provide below a star. Property is very good one. But, the maintenance is too worse. Seems no manpower to maintain. They won't do room cleaning. They won't treat the guests as a guest. A complimentary breakfast is there ( 3 Idly). No time is there for this. It will be served based on received from the catering team. If we ask will you provide they'll treat you in a different manner. Another great support is linen won't get changed we want to enjoy the last guest used.

A perfect place to live in MAHABUBNAGAR Very comfortable rooms The staff were all very friendly According to breakfast the food is so good And the CHUTNEY was so good in taste. Also tea was so soft Great WIFI And for every one who was reading this Please ask the password of WIFI They are providing it. I think TV should have to be repair *telephone should have to placed in every room Because it was very irritating to go out and call him At last Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room & delicious breakfast!

Decent rooms with affordable price. Nice place to stay

The management here is poor, and they do not respect customers. The receptionist acts as if she owns the hotel and responds with an attitude. Perhaps they believe they are the only hotel in Mahbubnagar. They don't even deserve a one-star rating. First, they need to learn to respect customers and listen to their requests. Management need to keep professional staff

It's a decent hotel with a decent restaurant. The building is quite old so the bathroom, tap and all aren't in good condition. The lights too were dim. The price is quite high, if you compare it with hotels in hyderabad. The food was good in the restaurant but the service was very very slow as only few customers, mostly guests in the hotel and few outside few. Mostly there were order outs so maybe their were less staff in the kitchen.

This is probably among the bigger hotels here. Double room with AC was quite spacious. Space outside the room is also quite open. In a way, this is a nice change from those hotels where you come out of a room into a narrow corridor. But then this also means that the hotel becomes quite noisy when there is a conference or meeting going on on the 4th floor and when there are many people coming in and going out. The dining area (The family restaurant) is okay and seems better in the day when sunlight can come into the room. Food is overall good, except few north indian vegetables on the menu. Food here is extremely spicy for people who may not be used to such level of chillies! Hence, every time we ordered food, we had to specify that we want it to be less spicy. Staff is very helpful and nice. The place would be much better if they maintained it well and if there could be better ventilation. You can often smell food from kitchen when you are outside the room! There is good enough parking space. You can also get autos and taxis within 5 minutes of walking distance. TV has very limited channels. Free wifi is there but it kept disconnecting and speed was not good.

Hotel is good but not maintained properly. There is restaurant but opens at 9:30am, no wifi, no complementary breakfast, but surprisingly rated as 3-star hotel. Over net, the room rent and what actually collected differs a lot. Almost INR 500/- more than what is listed over net.
