The hotel is good for the town size and population. Positives are ; Rooms are neat and good size . It's in the market nearer to bus stand . Staff are courteous. Negatives are Parking is limited , complimentary breakfast items to be improved , sometimes even fruits are absent . There is no place nearby for a walk though roof is good enough not to miss regular walk . Hotel management may think of it . . In the food menu surprisingly Curd rice , which is mandatory in a South Indian meal is absent . Cloth lines ( for drying ) and iron for pressing in each room will be convenient for people who come for long stay .

Hotel prashantg residency is located on raichur - hyderabad road near to ambedkar circle with restaurant in 1 st floor and rooms in 2 nd floor. Rooms are well maintained and room service is quick... Restaurant with delicious items with less spicy and tasty.. mutton roast, pepper chicken, roti egg burji, crispy corn, biryani are worth trying here .

Clean room, neat toilet with basic toiletries. 1200 for NON AC room. Hotel is on the 2nd floor and the restaurant is on the first floor. I stayed overnight as I was passing by from this city to Sri Sailem. Hotel staff was good. I came late by 11pm but they arranged veg biryani in my room although the restaurant was closed. Food taste was good. Breakfast is buffet at 150 which I didn't take. Free WiFi was working all the time and in the night there was no power cut.

First floor of this property has a restaurant, which needs improvement in all the areas, especially hygiene. All tge staff members; right from the Manager to the .eneal need to be motivated to maintain cleanliness. The Washroom has been stinking. Hand dryer/tissues/ clean hand towels need to be provided near the wash basin, and the soap dispensers need to be functional. Dining tables need to be cleaned with clean swabs. More of vegetarian dishes may be added in their menu. Mosquito menace in the rooms may please be addressed. Best regards

We had visited Mahbubnagar during Sankranthi festival. The room is very neat and well maintained, lenin is good, bathrooms are clean, hot water kettle with tea, coffee packets. Well located and parking in the basement.

Horrrrrrrrible experience. Don't even consider the thought of staying here.I was going to Raichur and had to stay since it was already late night. Bathroom stinks,accessories are dirty,shower doesn't work. Switchboard near the washbasin had broken.Room has a peculiar uncomfortable odour.
