On my earlier visits I found this property yo be a nice place to stay. But On this visit I found the maintenence slipped, the food taste, service and price are poor.

There is nothing executive about this place. The price is over the top. I don't mind paying for it if only they showed a little, like a little concern about hospitality. The size of the rooms is worst. Their products are bad. Their restaurant service is something I have no words for. When I called to order food, the person who answered said their is a gas leak and it is hazardous for them to cook. And they ruined coffee for me. The breakfast service which is supposed to complimentary was billed and was an icing on this awesome experience. So to summarize, don't go there even if it is the last place available.

Became overcrowded during exhibition booking, they could not provide towels on time and breakfast arrangements were not up to the mark. They have made hotel in a residential apartment, so you get living room and dining room between four rooms of each flat. Rooms are good.

Had a distressing experience with them. Reserved a room online for 5 days, paid in advance, called them and confirmed the reservation. On the day of checkin, my flight got delayed a bit, so reached the hotel at 10pm. The receptionist simply said he doesn't have any rooms for me. After requesting multiple times, he said the best he could do is work on refuning my money back. I called all the nearby hotels but none of them have vacancies. By the time I found a hotel(has vacancy for only one night), checked-in there, reserved for the next 4 nights, it was 2am. The most annoying part is the hotel doesn't understand how reservations work, which is one of the most important thing for a hotel to work. Leaving a 1 star for that reason.

Neat and clean rooms, hall, lobby, kitchen everything. I liked Breakfast. Gym is also available at no extra charge. Only veg options in kitchen
