I had a wonderful experience of staying at Hotel Rio branches. Rooms, staff, services are extraordinary, all are perfect. AC is working properly, room was fully chilled. Thanks Rio management for your best service. I'll highly recommended this hotel.

had a very disappointing and shocking experience at this hotel. I stayed here on Tuesday and left my purse with Rs. 5000 cash safely inside our locked room while visiting a friend. When we returned, the purse was missing from the room. After raising the issue with the hotel management, they claimed no responsibility and refused to help. We asked to check the CCTV footage and noticed that one of their Hindi-speaking staff members entered our locked room while we were away. When we questioned the staff, they casually said they entered "for cleaning" and denied seeing any purse. Eventually, we found the purse thrown in a dustbin inside the hotel premises -- the zip was open, and the cash was missing. Despite showing all this to the management, they continued to support their staff and rudely told us to "do whatever you want." This kind of behavior is unacceptable. There is no safety or security for personal belongings here, and it's extremely suspicious why staff entered a room that was not vacated. The management was unprofessional and aggressive, clearly trying to protect their employees instead of helping the guests. Highly unsafe and untrustworthy place to stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a very upsetting experience with this hotel. I had booked a room for my mother-in-law, and while she stepped out to visit a friend, her purse with cash went missing from the locked room. CCTV footage showed a staff member entering the room without permission, claiming it was for cleaning. Later, the purse was found dumped in a dustbin inside the hotel -- zip open, and the cash missing. When we reported it, the management was rude, unhelpful, and defended their staff instead of addressing the issue. Extremely unsafe and unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They charging extra amount even booked online and saying website is showing wrong online it shows Rs. 1009 after reaching hotel the are not accepting the booking amount.they were demanding Rs.1500 waste of time. I paid online they refused to give room and amount given back in cash.

We had a terrible experience at Hotel Rio in Hyderabad. We arrived at 7 PM and found that room was very dirty. After seeing the room's condition, I didn't check in and immediately left to find a new hotel around 8 PM. Despite their website and Makemytrip being claiming to offer breakfast, it wasn't provided. I asked both the hotel and Makemytrip for a refund, but they refused. I had booked the hotel for 3 days. Please think twice before choosing this hotel don't be swayed by the lower price. You'll regret it later.

Worst hotel and totally unprofessional people and service is really worst. Dont at all book this hotel. Not at all recommended for any people. Booking price in OYO is 1000 and people here demanding more price. There are many hotels in Kondapur. PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL.....

We booked the rooms for family function purpose. We came to see the room quality first but it was more than our expectations as it neat and clean, well furnished etc. This hotel comes with 5 star ratings and it's deserving. All the amenities available in this hotel are in working condition. The big plus point is a big parking available, for that no need worry. Well behaved staff made our stay memorable. It's a plus point for HOTEL RIO. We'll recommend even visit here again.
