Rude behaviour of reception staff. Not happy with the stay .

Rooms are neat and good with reasonable price of 1500 with Ac.

Approach entrance very bad , no parking, elderly people much difficult to enter

Located perfectly with a clean and good ambience, great service staff and a very good price point. One of the few hotels where check-in and check-out timings are flexible. Overall a very good hotel to stay in Kodad.

Hotel is in 3rd floor onwards while first two floors are still under construction and dirty. But hotel floors are neatly maintained. The street for the entrance is very narrow due to vehicles parked on both sides of the street. So if you come in slightly bigger vehicle, very difficult to even drive up to hotel entrance. Staff is very polite and courteous.

Hotel is good but there is no restaurant in it. The staff will get u food from near by restaurant if asked. Car parking available for only 3 capacity in cellar but need to inform prior so that they will open the gate at that time only.

Room is good neat and clean. When compared to other hotels in kodad Strictly no smoking and alcohol. Good thing that there is no stinking smell of smoking .. But staff are little bit rigid .

The rooms are good and the location is a little bit inside and staff is really good and service is little bit slow
