"Extremely disappointed with the service. Waited for half an hour, and no one came to assist with the room booking. Left my number for a callback, but I never received one. This unprofessional behavior leaves me no choice but to give a 1-star rating."

Rooms and service are good...nice food..

Room maintainance is good and decent service is really good, especially houskeeping @ Jagadeesh, surrounding are good In nature and near to main road and food service also better we can get homely and delicious food. I felt so much happy by staying here

Rooms are gud and service provided are also gud. Breakfast quality seems to be great but need some more items. Housekeeping is superb. Room found to be clean.

This Review is not about staycation but I'm writing on a hospital bed, on this day we went to aroma restaurant in this hotel for lunch even though we don't have a good opinion on the restaurant but unfortunately me and my friend visited and ordered butter naan, kulcha n pbm curry with chicken dum biryani....as they used red colour in curry for looking good but the taste was really disappointing n the naan wasn't cooked well. Coming to biryani they served last night's leftover biryani by heating in the oven and their gravy was like sambar liquid. After coming back home within 3 hrs I got severe stomach pain and got hospitalized. This is the worst food I have ever eaten, don't encourage this restaurant for ever. My rating is 0.5 out of 10, that is also only for ambience.

Ok type property...you will have to wait till 7.30am in the morning for your morning cup of tea (that's usually the case for most such hotels in Telangana though).Staff is courteous enough to make your stay better !!

Very good service housekeeping & room neatness , good service boys, good reception communication , food prepare in hotel is better time respond is good ambiance good booking also taken good room allotment also properly communicated , nice experience

House keeping is very good and rooms are very neat and clean...staffs are very helpful and polite specially Mr Jagdish ji incharge of the house keeping at the hotel...I advise to everyone to stay at hotel s park whenever they are in khammam...
