Hotel Konark

Wrost experience. Found cockroaches roming on the table and on the food. If the guest area is like this cant' imagine the kitchen. Foul smell coming near the hand wash area. Bad maintenance. Food was tasteless. I ordered butter chicken but they served something else no cream in the gravy at all. Butter nans was good. But garlic nans was smelling bad maybe used old garlic.i wasn't able to complete my meal. After founding the cockroaches the waiter just removed them and behaving like not a big deal. With this maintenance they are charging cgst and sgst.

Konark hotel is situated in main area near fort. they have resturant too but bit costliest. Room was neat and clean.

Stayed one night, checked in night 9 and checkedout by 6 am. It's in prime location, however, the price they are charging is too high for the quality, they quoted 5000 for one room for 3 people. When we showed the online price, then they gave one executive room and standard room for 3700 There are cockroaches in the room and bathroom and commode are not clean, And for 2 people room , only one towel was given

Left the hotel deu to terrible ambiance there were no staff and there was stench comming from bathroom

I left my mobile charger in the room 406.(Today) I have infirmed the in charge Mr.kranthi. I am waiting for their response.. As the staff are very sincere I am sure I will get my mobile charger.. I have stayed in this hotel so many times.

Worst service ever till date ,we took 2 suit rooms and there is no refrigerator in any of it and the manager (MD) was very rude . Not at all worth it for this place, better to find other hotels in Khammam .

Dude thinks his biryani is worlds finest , I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful biryani. It was a waste of time and money, and I left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. Better pick somewhere else .

Money based hotel , This hotel manager needs only money not good customers to hotel. No respect to customers looks only money........
