OYO HOTEL LUXOR PARK

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in was quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-kept the room was. It had a modern design, a comfortable bed, and a lovely view from the window. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job throughout my stay, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. I also appreciated the little details, like complimentary water bottles and a good selection of TV channels. This hotel is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip!

I recently stayed at an this LUXOR PARK hotel and had a wonderful experience. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who ensured a swift check-in. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, The hotel's location was very convenient, being just 2 kilometers away from Kazipet Railway Station. It was easy to reach the hotel by auto, costing only around 50 rupees per person Overall, I had a great experience at the OYO hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation.

The rooms themselves were okay, but the staff was the epitome of unprofessionalism. We had booked 2 rooms and even paid the advance fee through the OYO app, but once we had reached, they said no rooms were available and refused to accommodate. Only after a lengthy argument, they hesitantly agreed to give us a suite room. Even the room had dust coming from seemingly nowhere, giving us allergies, and they provided absolutely no amenities, not even soap. If you are looking for a straight-forward, quiet and comfy room in Warangal, STAY AWAY.

The room was not properly cleaned and the toilet seat was broken. More than that they will charge you extra from what is actually shown on the website. I paid online on Agoda and when I reached the property, they asked for double the amount actually paid. It's a scam. Don't book this Hotel.
