Hotel Central Park

Very poor service and cleanliness. The bathrooms are not clean at all, and one has to flush twice to clear the deposits in the toilet. toilet seats are shabby so that you wont feel like even touch it

Avoid this hotel at all costs! The staff are unprofessional and dishonest. The receptionists are poorly trained and lack basic knowledge about room rates. One particular lady at the front desk constantly lies and fails to provide any proper service. The kitchen is terrible--every meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is the same, with no variety throughout the entire week. The rooms are in bad condition, with non-functional electronic equipment. The hotel has no idea how to provide proper service after check-in. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience!

The rooms are good, but the side table was coming apart. No kettle was kept inside the room. They only give 1ltr water per day irrespective of the number of guests inside a room. Even if you ask for extra water they are not bothered to supply it even if you are ready to pay. And the breakfast arrangements are as if we are going there begging for the basics. The plates we need to ask three time before they arrive. They keep 30ml paper cups for coffee/tea. They take more than 30 minutes to bring extra bread to the buffet. Except for the security guy and one person at the front desk every one else seemed rude and they didn't care for the customer. They treat you as if you are there because you don't have a place to go and you can't afford even the basic necessities of life. I don't usually complain about these little inconveniences but this time I felt these were intentional.

worst maintains of Hotel Central Park, waste of time and money. Please don't join in this hotel and save your life from infections like as shown picture and videos

Very bad experience. Unhygienic rooms and bathrooms. Rats inside the reception. Its like a lodge. Dont select as your holiday stay at Hyderabad

I have stayed here with my family good food , nice stay centrally located for sightseeing place , i recommend this hotel
