Treebo Address Inn, Banjara Hills

Treebo hotel is an excellent hotel, in a nice location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are very friendly and polite except for the night shift reception guy. He was very rude and not helpful. I booked directly through Treebo website. Booking staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue with the hotel was too much mosquitoes in and around the hotel. Bathroom exhaust window was open, rather than netted. Hotel should do more to tackle the problem of mosquitoes.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff, including the manager. The manager lacks basic courtesy and does not know how to interact with customers. Breakfast was scheduled from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. When we arrived at 9:30 AM, there was only one item available. Upon requesting the other items, the staff member at the breakfast counter rudely responded, "Why did you come so late? Breakfast starts at 8:00 AM, so eat whatever is available." Such a dismissive attitude is unacceptable. After a lengthy discussion, they reluctantly arranged for a few items and even took photos of the food to create the impression that everything was available. However, by then, no one from our group wanted to eat due to their unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. When we reported the issue to the manager, he responded poorly as well, showing no intent to address the situation. I strongly advise against recommending this hotel to anyone. The staff, including the manager, need proper training on customer service. Guests pay for their stay with hard-earned money and deserve respect and professionalism, not poor treatment.

The room is good but the bed was not comfortable. It was giving lots of backache. The most awful thing was the way they designed the bathroom. Rather than an opening door if they could use a sliding door things can be more simpler. It was way difficult to get in and get out of the bathroom. Every time it was annoying. Their breakfast was minimal in variety and sufficient. The restaurant on the roof was leaking water and the place was messy. They could fix these issues so the place can be more pleasant to stay.

Just got back from an amazing trip! The room was so comfy, I practically lived in it. And the service? Top-notch, everyone so friendly and helpful. The food was incredible too, definitely worth the 5 stars!

This was a beat experience in this hotel. I just had more fun living. The hotel was best . No complaint to be said . Everyone can trust and enjoy it . About break ffast it was good u people can enjoy.trust it . Enjoy the hotel while staying

Nothing special just an average hotel. Pros: Room and bathroom were clean. Proximity to cafes, restaurants and local transport. Cons: Too expensive for the size of room and service. No in house restaurant. Breakfast buffet is disappointing in terms of options. Not a value for money option.

Breakfast should have more options. Overall it was quite good stay!
