A good place to hangout with your friends.We only went here for Sunday lunch. They got robots serving food and water in the restaurant, I was amazed.The food was simply delicious - both the veg and non-veg dishes were flavorful and well-prepared.. We had a buffet and it had a wide range.The fish and chicken dishes were awesome. I really enjoyed the food except their mutton biryani.The buffet closes at 3pm..The hotel's location is convenient, close to key areas..It's a five star hotel just keep in mind while going there. Overall, I had a good experience at The Westin Hyderabad, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed hotel in the city.

I said my wedding at this hotel with many family members and friends. The hotel is unique and regal compared to many others with the location. Had a personalized opportunity to meet with the chef prior to the wedding several items and decide the official wedding menu. Westin did have some limitations in terms of allowing some standard celebratory accessories, such as smoke bombs, cold fires, color shots but overall we were offered exception flexibility and our guests had a fantastic time attending the wedding at this venue.

I had a great experience with the housekeeping team. Bhim and Satyajeet were very hardworking and made sure everything was clean and perfect. They were always on time and very polite.||Also, I would like to mention Mr. Abhishek Singh, the Housekeeping Manager. He did a brilliant job in managing the team. He speaks very politely and always makes us feel welcome. His way of expressing hospitality is really warm and professional. Overall, I'm very happy with the housekeeping service. Great job, team!

Such wonderful hospitality. They made my husbands birthday very special. The food was excellent! We are coming back soon! Thank you for the surprise dessert , it was a great addition to end the meal. Kudos to the staff and chef, every single person is just wonderful!

Amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Special mentions to chef Abhay he is so brilliant and got delicious food. The ambiance was cozy, making it a perfect place for both casual hangouts and special occasions. Highly recommended.

I'm disappointed with the experience. I was not allowed to meet my guests to my room to discuss my business plans, which is unacceptable. Every time I entered, the staff kept asking repeated and intrusive questions like which room I was staying in and how many people from the PM team were joining me. This constant questioning felt unprofessional and undignified, especially for a guest. Due that I left the hotel I didn't even stay the entire day ,This experience was frustrating and disheartening. The staff should behave more professionally and respectfully, rather than treating guests as if they're staying in a budget hotel. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both service quality and staff behavior moving forward.

We recently stayed at The Westin Hyderabad for work and had our 9-month-old son with us, and the experience was truly delightful. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our baby was comfortable, accommodating our requests for baby-friendly food without salt or sugar, which was a huge relief. Vivi, who greeted us warmly every morning at the breakfast buffet, was exceptionally kind, and our son grew very fond of her. The lift attendant's thoughtful gesture of bringing balloons for our little one added to the warm hospitality. Housekeeping was extremely efficient, and the ability to request services via WhatsApp made everything seamless, from cleaning to sending a baby high chair to our room. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety and excellent quality. While the hotel primarily caters to corporate clients, and there aren't many activities for children beyond the swimming pool, a small play area or game room would make a big difference for families traveling with kids. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and the baby-friendly hospitality truly stood out--we would love to visit again!
