Accommodation and hospitality good. |The Standard rooms need renovation as there are very old. |However, Managers, Mr. Umar, Mr. Pradeep, Mr. Surender and Ms. Rekha have been very helpful. Special mention to all of them. Good work, keep it up!

Well if you want to experience what living in the 1970's is like this is the place. Where do I start. Arrived to find my room having one working light, and this was a lamp... so to charge my devices i had to unplug this. The toilet, well best off not to flush, because when you did from the button it leaked. The sheets felt like I was sleeping on sandpaper and the aircon was like a jet engine. The cleaner the next day basically started smashing down my door to clean my room, I couldn't imagine she was busy as I didn't see one other guest. She then laughed as I came out when I said I was getting dressed. The carpets have bacteria growing on them im sure. Then to top it all off they have a gym, but it's only open 6 hours of the day. Oh and if you work late or come home late, don't expect a hot shower, because they turn it off from 10pm-6am This hotel is in dire need of a renovation. The outside looks nice, but once you step in, wow. I felt very uneasy. The lift sounds like the cord is ready to snap any minute as well. I've stayed in three-two star hotels better than this. Avoid

So very recently I had a stay at The Manohar , I can say that I had a very good luxurious experience. The room was newly renovated which gave the peaceful stay experience to me personally. Ms Rekha who took the responsibility of the best stay service has done a great job . She very well took the responsibility of my food which I've picked rather than the daily breakfast available and made me have my choosen food . The stay and the services both convinced me for the all over best Stay :)

This Hotel is a fraud hotel. They provide you only basic room with no AC room working in 30 year old building where AC unit is not working at all. We booked eight rooms at 5500 each and we have to slept in the table fan. Their management says that if u need room in renovated unit, we have to pay 8000 for each room. Pathetic hotel. Money makers only .... The room which we can gey easily in 1000 rupees at Guest house with at least AC working. If u even can not sleep in AC then what's the point in spending 5500 rupees for each room. Management staff is very bad. we have to ask to go to reception for solving the problems rather than they coming to us. Manager was avoiding to talk to us. This is their normal routine to provide rooms in Old building with no AC unit working at all.

The hotel experience was decent. I feel that the food and options were excellent as well as the pricing. Beds were comfortable and room was nice. The Wifi was horrible though and the pool was cloudy, so didn't touch that. Overall okay but the wifi really ruined the trip for me and my friend. we got better hotspot at a resteraunt.

This clearly is a case of what neglect can do to a top notch property. I happened to book a room for 4 nights in a jiffy, without doing much research. The night receptionist, Pradeep, made us stay at an awful room , saying he will make better adjustment the next day, although more than half of the hotel was empty. The next stay we moved to a bigger room, though the complains kept growing, with AC not working, cockroaches, unkept furnishings etc. To sum it up, the chauffeur who dropped us, told stories from 5 years back, how customers had complained about the facilities for past many years, a few horror unconfirmed stories of cockroach in a guests ear, followed by hospital visit and what not. Better avoid this hotel and search diligently. Lesson learned for a lifetime.

Room service didn't came even after 4 calls and no electric amenities work there. Service should be addressed and solved for better experience. Meal will be better if it will be in a buffet as it is a waste of we order much. Otherwise cleanliness is good.

The Manohar currenrly is upgrading their facilities and rooms. During my stay which lasted 7 days, I stayed in the old style room for 2 days and those are in bad shape. On the third day the hotel was kind enough to give us one of the new rooms. The new rooms.are absolutely amazing. If you goto Manohar look to get a room on the newly eonnovated section on the fourth floor|As an aside the staff is amazing.
