THE CROWN PLAZA HOTEL

It's value for money Hotel. Very Good simple Hotel for staying with family. The staff is humble , considerate, helpful with promt service. The restaurant Upahar has good south Indian dishes. Finally wish to share we met owner who appeared to be very principled and good human being. Among staff would like to specifically appreciate Kalesh for his guidance. Very close to American consulate.

The Crown Plaza is a decent option if you need to be near the US Consulate. The rooms are comfortable enough, and there's a restaurant in the building, which is convenient. The food is fine, but nothing to write home about. Overall, it's an okay choice, but don't expect anything too fancy.

Rooms are good. Toilets are very clean. Staff is also very good. Location is very convenient. Reataurant food is good. Overall a nice experience.

This is "Crown Plaza" and not "Crowne Plaza", This is not the 5 star hotel chain. This is worth 2 star. You get a place to sleep and washroom that's it. You should not expect any basic facilities like Kettle for hot water, Hair Comb, Dental kits etc. The breakfast is included but its not buffet. You get to choose 1 item from 4-5 options(Mainly idli, dosa, vada, upma). We checked-in at around 7:30 there was no light in lobby. The room entry had a high bump that one might get fall down if not been careful.

The crown plaza hotel which is nearby to Hyundai showroom was the best choice. The rooms were very clean and each one of the staff was very good in hospitality.. And also you can have breakfast lunch and dinner in the Udupi uphaar restuarant and the food quality and taste is good.. Overall it was a nice hotel and managed well and hope to see these continued services Thanks to all the staff at crown plaza hotel.All the best for you future and keep up the good work..

I accidentally paid for 2 instead of 1 guest as the other guest was minor. The reception volunteer to return the excess charge with out asking. They are genuine and honest and seem to operate the place with good morale.

Very great place..we had a warm and pleasant stay at this hotel...very well connected place.. people who come for US visa interview can prefer this place...Udupi upahar on ground floor serves very tasty and delicious north Indian and south Indian dishes..
