I recently stayed at this hotel cozy little hotel tucked away in a quiet part of town, and it was a lovely experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was small but clean and thoughtfully arranged, with all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was homemade and delicious -- a nice touch that made it feel more personal than bigger hotels. The atmosphere overall was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. If you're looking for a quiet, friendly place with a personal touch, I'd definitely recommend this hotel .

The rooms were nice with all the modern amenities, morning tea service took some time but other that service was nice as well. Staff were nice and accomodated our late checkout as well. All in all good place to stay in the heart of the new city.

Hey Guys Better stay at Platform rather than payinh huge amount in this hotel. 1. Online suite room was mentioned but gave other rooms. 2. Flush did not work 3. Did not warm water in Bathroom 4.Ordered food either they dont have in their cafeteria or will take hours to serve 5. Worst experience not worth 6. The staff commits and then backs out DONOT BELIEVE IN THEM. 7 YOU WILL REGRET AFTER BOOKING. THEY ARE NOT GENUINE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ENJOY YOUR TRIP BY NOT BOOKING IN THIS HOTEL EVER. I MEAN IT WHILE WE WERE DEALING ONE CUSTOMER SUFFERED. HE WAS ALSO NOT OFFERED FOOD AT NIGHT. And guess what the staff is so unfriendly other than two girls at reception as if we are staying in a locker room. The manager manipulates so be safe

Had Nice Stay, Room was clean and affordable Price. Staff was also very friendly. Specially, Surbhy's attitude was very good. I already desided going to stay here all the time.

Just say one thing they will need to more focused meanwhile dinner time otherwise good behaviour staff here specially i connect with sulbhi mam she's customer handling is very good in nature and rooms are very clean Time to time otherwise good experience here..... thanks altruist one continent
