Super Townhouse Vanasthalipuram formerly Hotel Surabhi

They don't have maintain dustbin in the rooms, Multiple times spoke with them, but receptionist not provided. If the receptionist responds, I didn't write review here. But it's not happening, more then 5 times I was ask the staff. Bedsheets and towels cigerate smell. Geyser not working, they provided heater. This hotel don't have proper bill and during check out receptionist said that with in 30 minutes we (receptionist) will share the bill through what's app. After that more than 10 times I was called and messages sent to them through what's app for the bill. But these guys are irritating me and finally I got the bill on the 3rd day. Apart from these issues remaining services are good.

The overall stay was a pathetic experience. We booked two rooms and stayed here for three nights. The location of the room was good and it was close to all the tourism spots. But thats the only advantage. The cleanliness of this place I can give 0 stars. The moment we entered the room we were able to smell cigarettes. We then had to open the windows and leave the room for sometime. Another issue was water supply. We had to wait more then 1 hour for water supply. The flush tank didn't work as well. We asked them to look into it but then no action taken. We even raised complaint through oyo app still no action was taken. All I received was that the complaint was addressed and resolved with no action been taken. Of the three nights we were asked to move one of our rooms to a different one stating they had to do a plumber work in room no 410 at night around 8:45pm. Later it was identified the room was given to few people for smoking cigarettes. In the morning we found smoke buds in all common areas. Also, no parking facility. Just a open area in front of the hotel which is always busy.

Dark Rooms/No proper Lighting/Bathrooms not being cleaned properly/Cigarettes are thrown all over the facility/No car parking available/No respect to guests. Reception fellows talk rudely. Better not to opt this Hotel. Neary other hotels may be explored

I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Hyderabad from Delhi. The hotel was excellent with great services. Shravan at the reception was very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Good Big Room, nice property neat & clean. Staffs are very helpful. Overall awesome stay. Recommend all to stay.
