Super Townhouse THE CINCO HOTEL NEAR ESI HOSPITAL ( SR NAGAR)

Over the years the quality has gone down badly. Our last trip in Feb 2025 was a nightmare. The AC in the rooms were dripping water on the floor. The towels were dirty and cannot be used. Under the beds there was much dirt and plastic scraps. The toilet taps were leaking. They have to seriously improve the quality of the hotel. Looks like none of the management has spent a week in their own hotel room to see where they are heading to. Certainly, it would be worthwhile to investigate the current state of affairs actively.

Horrible experience. The rooms are stinking when I checked in. The washroom is unclean. When I reported on that, the manager said that they'll put room spray. When I resisted to stay in that room they gave an alternative room. But this time, before I moved in from lobby, they've sprayed a room spray. Yet, it was still unclean. The sheets were dirty with hair. I compromised to stay because of the location and it was a short stay. Also I knew no other alternatives around that area as I drove there in an emergency.

The staff and manager were not courteous and very unprofessional. Poor service, poor facilities, and irresponsible functioning. One example is that they did not return my ID after photocopy and then misplaced it. AC was malfunctioning, and no one was equipped to check it. The staff should be trained/replaced for better management of the facility.

TRUST ME DONT GO IF YOU HAVE OCD. Worst experience I had till now. Hotel rooms in the picture are very old might be before 5 years. Room smells stinky and is not recommendable for family or couple

Worst service never ever seen and also hotel management asking extra money. External food not alloweded,... Very worst quality of food served by the hotel.. can't able to eat.

Waste service worst maintenance not at all worth it i booked the room and i stayed there for around 1 hour and i check out that's the maintenance

One of the worst places i had stayed, rooms were bad, i had paid for breakfast and when i checked in the hotel they said they dont have breakfast

The walls and bed are with stains it's please don't visit I was just shocked I hadn't expected bcoz I have seen reviews and price also good so I expected min hygiene but it's the worst oyo I have ever experienced, trust me else upto you
