Super OYO HOTEL NEW PLATINUM

Stayed there solo. Overall, the hotel boasts a prime location and maintains cleanliness in its small yet tidy rooms. The bathrooms are well-kept. Spotless linen is another plus. However, there was an issue with the A/C, which required persistent inquiries with the receptionist for close to 3.5 hours, to get it fixed. After seeing other travelers" experience regarding A/C, I really doubt if it was actually a power failure as claimed by receptionist then. Management please take care of this. A noteworthy feature is the 24-hour check-out policy, setting it apart from other hotels in the vicinity. This property is highly recommended once the A/C issue gets fixed.

Very average rooms, but hazzle free checkin

DO NOT CONSIDER IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO STAY WITH FAMILY. Obviously Oyo are not considered for families, but in any case do not consider this. First rooms are not good.. Bathrooms are congested. You cannot stand and take bath in few rooms. It purely depends on your luck whether AC will work or Not. Every time you need to ask the receptionist to switch on the AC as you don't have control to on or off. Service is not good. Bathrooms that have windows are transparent and visible to beside buildings. No parking space for car. Road side parking only. When i am there road is under construction, in hotel on floor is filled with garbage where they cleared after we check in. One floor is filled with cigarettes smells even though the whole floor is booked for the families well in advance.

This is one of the worst hotels I have been to. 1. It doesn't look anything like the pictures. Entrance is a very shady hallway that leads you to back of the hotel. 2. The receptionist is a big cheat and will try to extract money out of you for very vague reasons like AC charges, taxes which are all included in the amount you finalise while booking with oyo. What to do in this case - call oyo customer care, they will help to resolve but the guy at reception will keep on insisting on hanging up the call - don't hang. 3. The rooms are more than worse - they have very damp walls with plaster rubbing off. The bed is very hard and bed sheets are not clean. On top of it the receptionist is has some way of controlling AC power which he has cut out for me for the entire night. This guy looks out of his mind always. 4. There is no other staff to help you with the luggage. I have no idea how it got such good rating, fishy business. I won't recommend this to worst of my enemies.

I normally don't write reviews, but this stay was exceptional. Newly opened hotel, Excellent service, Clean rooms and beddings. Got additional goodies as well from the hotel as complimentary. Smart TVs with OTT is the best. Can have best extended stays also binge shows. Would like to revisit soon!
