SPOT ON Hotel Hill Fort Inn Near Birla Mandir

Over priced. Not maintained properly. The hotel needs to be demolished and reconstructed again. Infra in the rooms date back to Nizam period it seems. Hopefully the management takes firm decision on this. Only pro about this hotel is that you can get Pushpak bus in 10 mins walk. It takes less than an hour to reach Airport.

This place was really pathetic! It's looked more like a lodge than a hotel.. couldn't stay here for more than 2 hours. Room key dint work ... When asked reception people about it... Their reply was....just leave the room as it is... No one will go into ur room.. you should trust people.. what is the need of room key when you can trust us? Room was so smelly... Washroom was horrifying. I had a train in 8 hrs time... So thought of staying there for 6 hrs and then leave from there... So dint look into reviews and booked the room. Then I realized how grave my mistake was. The Thought of staying there for 6 hours itself was disgusting when I went there... Told the reception about the room and wanted to change the room.. they took 1.30hr to allot another room. After going to that new room the room condition was same!! So I thought ... Enough is enough. Just get out of here and stay and a better place. I booked a room at a better place and moved. Pls don't stay at that place. It is not at all safe for anyone. It's very unhygienic as well.

Please remove this hotel from OYO as they are giving the worst facilities. 1) They haven't provide towels 2) They haven't provide soap 3) Bathroom was not cleaned. 4) Bedsheet and pillows were so dirty 5) Smell was coming from the cupboards and in the room. 6) The staff was so arrogant I request the OYO team to look at this hotel else it will affect the reputation of the OYO Company.

I dont reccomend this this hotel even for average customers. Its really poor cleanliness here and the room is really dusty. I got some suffocation after entering their rooms. The water you get at the bathroom is really hard and cant even afford to touch. the drinking water they provide is also the same. broken windows, webbed beds, soiled fans, unclean toilet. The entire corridor smells of alcohol and cigarette. Just keep out of here.

Very abusive people. Don't know how to talk. If we are coming 5 mins late for checkout they are telling to paid full rent of one day even we was waited 10 min before entering the room because of cleaning of the room.They can do late but we can't do late. The lift was stuck in middle of 3rd and 2nd floor. Thank God we are not let in the lift. I must repeat that the people are don't know how to talk with customers.

Washrooms aren't very neat. Highly overpriced for the services and hygeine they provide. No restaurant to eat. Switchboards are broken too. Not a place where you would want to pay so much. Better places are available at lesser prices.

The room will never be washed , the restrooms look like IRCTC bathrooms with pan masala everywhere . Beds contained full of bed bugs . I just checked out and went to another hotel . Never ever book here
