OYO 1410 Country Club Begumpet

It was worst Hotel which I have every stay in my life. Service was really worst by staff. When I entered this hotel at 9 pm yesterday at night . My phone got switch off. They are frustrated me and telling that time only pay the money first. I said let me first charge my phone then I will give you. The staff came enter my room and said that first pay the bill then you can enter. Room was smelling, many cockroaches are there. Unhygienic room, bathroom was unhygienic. I will never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. There was no option of zero otherwise I will give 0 ratings. Request you to please closed this hotel on urgent basis.

Excessive charge. Lift unrepaired. Poor room service. Even for shop shampoo and towel we have to call on 3300. No milk available for child. Cockroches in bath and tables. No fridge in room. Incooprative staff. Travellers must choose some other hotel. And very important thing is not to pay in advance at this hotel.

Worst OYO experience, there is absolutely no coordination between these red fellows and hotel . When you arrive at the hotel, you will get one on one bitter surprises which may blow your mind up. No restaurant facility here (as well as nearby) . Check in time -12pm. For every small thing be ready to call the reception up and complain . Eg- clean the room, turn on the hot water , bring the soap. WiFi is non working . Not worth for even 2000 Rs , we paid 4300 ( early check in). !! No pool Available free !!

*The staff behaviour is not good at all. *They don't even know their job responsibilities... *Change the staff or trained them. The house keeping guy have cleaned my room just one time only in my 11 days stay That also after requesting many times..when I asked the house keeping guy to change the bedsheet ..his reply was bedsheet Acha toh hai..when I give him 200 bucks then he changed.. I called the reception guy for water bottle.. And they gave me refilled water..in this pendemic they are refiling used bottle which they should stop.. TV was not working .. Those all luxury rooms but the maintenance is not good at all .. (Train them or hire new staff .)

I had very bad experience with this hotel. Nobody was there to check-in early morning even though I mentioned while making my reservation with special request and I have waited more than 4 hours to check-in. I can see cockroaches everywhere inside the room and room was very dirty and WiFi was very slow. With the website of your hotel and the images it satisfies people to book the hotel but it's a kind of cheated nature when we reach there it was an unexpected thing we got. So lastly I expect this not to be repeated again.

The photos shown are very old. The condition of hotel is worse now. We too saw the photos and came. I am country club member and this is the first time I am having such a bad experience. I don't understand from where to start. We changed the room but still not satisfied. We just read the reviews. The owner is only apologising. When everyone is complaing about the cockroaches can't you do something about it. We ourselves can't stay at home when they are cockroaches roaming around. Pest control is done right away. Then how do you accept us to stay in such place. The cupboards are stinking . Toilets not clean and stinking. How do you accept to have the complimentary breakfast here. If the room has so many cockroaches how many will be there in the kitchen. Please look after the service. This service is nowhere in India from country club.

Doesn't really match the photos that have been posted, very dirty carpets and disgusting rooms! Unclean toilets, "insect friendly rooms" to be honest, "open window" policy for an air conditioned room! Really disappointed. Will not recommend to anyone.

Initially under the same Booking ID (SUW*****) I had booked 3 rooms at OYO 1410 Country Club Begumpet. I had received confirmation from OYO as well as I had called the Hotel for confirming my booking. Both the parties said the booking is confirmed for 3 rooms. To our surprise when we reached at the Hotel, the Hotel manager said that there are no rooms available, our bookings has been canceled and we should contact OYO for further help as we are not their customer's, we are OYO's customers. This was NOT AT ALL acceptable as the cancellation was NOT communicated to us beforehand and was done at the 11th hour when we reached the hotel. We were stranded without any confirmed bookings. 2. Being summer, we had booked OYO1410 for a swimming pool, however, non of the hotels which OYO representative suggested to us had a swimming pool which was again a degradation to us. 3. I then called OYO and I was informed that the Hotel OYO 1410 Country Club Begumpet was NOT available anymore, the booking were cancelled without informing us and I was asked to shift to another hotel which was OYO 29230 Ik London Residency. I had no choice but to accept this change and move out since I had travelled with my family all the way from Pune to Hyderabad with no knowledge of the city. The climate was so hot that we could not come out of the hotel premises still we shifted to this new hotel OYO 29230. Not to mention, I had to pay additional Cab charges for shifting as well.
