Had a fantastic experience at Minerva Grand Kompally! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent -- staff was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. The food at their restaurant was delicious with a great variety. Chicken drumsticks were over fried with 0 salt in it. Chicken was not cooked in special chicken biryani. Chef was like he had no complaint since evening and he even tried to confirm whether we are regular customers or not to respond accordingly.

I have been here for my colleagues wedding, the place is beautiful for small gatherings, the food was tasty and the service was top notch. The location is on the main road and easily accessible to everyone. I have known Minerva since my childhood and it is famous for veg food, it is like a festival for vegetarians, of course I like non-veg but still I liked the food.

Food is stale. Ordered Spring Rolls. It was pulled out of fridge, heated and served. Serve started serving even without noticing that the plates were not provided. Ruthlessly pulled out the starter plate while we were still eating and they started serving the main course. Quality and standard, both have gone down significantly. I wasted my time and money here.

One the best place in Kompally. Very well maintained,neat and good. Best place to perform birthdays or any other functions. Pure veg restaurant inside. Waiters are well dressed and well behaved.

This is our place to go over a weekend for our breakfast. They have buffet option for breakfast that covers almost every south Indian tiffin. Minerva has been extremely popular for South Indian tifgins & meals but I feel their quality of idli has gone down over the years !!

Pathetic service at the hotel, stayed for 2 nights, they have zero value for guests, they make you wait for a simple masala dosa for breakfast for 30 mins and make sure you are so fed up that you leave the breakfast table without having breakfast. The staff is so arrogant and so non accomodating that if you ask simple thing like a cold coffee, they will treat you as if you have asked for their kidney. Overall a pathetic hotel with pathetic service. You should never ever plan your stay at this hotel. I asked for the feedback form, people at reception were giving me a blank paper for feedback such are the low standards they operate on.
