Absolutely terrible experience. The hotel was filthy, the staff were helpful only a few. And the amenities were nonexistent. And the beds felt like Good. And zero customer service. Avoid this place at all costs The hotel was a disappointment. While the staff were polite and tried their best, the overall service was terrible. Rooms were poorly maintained, with broken fixtures. Cleanliness was questionable, and basic amenities were missing. Definitely not worth the price. Wouldn't recommend staying here again.

Worst hotel experience ever. Had pre booked the hotel and paid complete amount almost 2 weeks before but was denied check in when I reached. At 3 am midnight I waited with my family to find other another hotel while the reception guy said you can tell whoever you want (Goibibo) and that he doesn't care. Area is not good as well, in the hotel booking application looks very good but reality is different. It isn't safe if you are going with your family, even if are alone it is completely exhausting to find other hotel even after paying for it. The "flexible check in" is just a hoax and a trap by hotel booking applications for additional charges and buying customers attention. Hotel staff is rude, not human and literally the worst hotel experience ever. Go ibibo doesn't take responsibility if something goes wrong with the user so stay safe and don't get into trap of this cheap hotel.

Horrible Hotel! Zero property management. No cleanliness and hygiene and even the amenities promised are out of order. Toiletries are not provided and have a very dirty atmosphere. Even the attendants are not allowed. They use different hotel name to take online booking. They go by the name Hotel Sky Grand. Kindly do not book in this property.
