Hotel O Ss ome inn ultra luxury rooms

Completely disappointed with this hotel. I came with my family, including my 2-year-old child, for a vacation, but the experience was terrible. The hotel advertised a room for 1030 on OYO, but upon arrival, they demanded 1700 after negotiation. They charged 700 extra for early check-in and even I informed 4 hours early check out.After 3 hours of checking in, they forced us to move to a worse room with no facilities like a geyser. I wanted to check out, they refused to refund my money and the manager responded aggressively. For my child's bath, I had to call the manager multiple times for hot water. The first time, he answered but abruptly ended the call when I asked for hot water. After that, he started rejecting my calls altogether. This property is highly unprofessional and misleading. Avoid it at all costs.

I booked the hostel without checking Google reviews. After booking, I noticed that they do not allocate rooms for online bookings. With this concern, I visited the property and showed my booking. Upon seeing it, the staff simply told me that no rooms were available. When I asked about the payment I had already made and the room that was confirmed, he just replied, "Check with your booking site." If the management is not willing to provide rooms for online bookings, why is the hotel listed on all the sites with low prices and asking for additional money upon check-in? Finally Agoda customer care replied as hotel guys are not responding and going to cancel it. After multiple follow-ups, Agoda agreed to pay addition refund amount for the cancellation.

The Hotel was excellent, check in experience are fabulous. Service are good . Rooms are very clean and good. Heat water are coming fastly . Ac are good.. Overall my experience with this hotel are fabulous and wonderful stay.. Highly recommend fir this five star hotel

Be prepared to pay extra for AC, full night stay etc. Nice and cool place to relax and stay in prime location of Ameerpet Hyderabad. I like the room facilities with hot water bath, laundry tie up facility pick up. Reasonable price. Good wifi connectivity. Nice behaviour.

Smooth checkin given at the reception.. Good behaviour with the staff and nice response . Good service and rooms are very clean .room s are very good comfortable price are worthable .. Totally nice stay good experience . Highly recommended for this hotel

Customers always look for a polite and Proffeaional front office or hotel management person .. i have seem such best qualities from person name : Shiva in this hotel compare to others his way of discussion and his way of customer dealing is very good .. and very comfort to discuss ...

Excellent stay with this hotel .Food was delicious. Service are good and boys are good responding. Staff behaviour are smooth . Totally wonderful stay at this hotel .. Highly recommended for this Hotel.

Receptionist charged 700 rs for early check in ,auto wala who chased to hotel unnecessarily asked for 200 rs as his cut . When I asked for toiletries Receptionist provided 1 small medimix cube but toothbrush and paste not provided by him
