Hotel O SKYLA

Booked this hotel through Oyo and made full payment in advance. Upon reaching the hotel and showing the booking confirmation to the reception, they said there are no rooms available. After I said that payment is already done, they accepted and gave me a room. I arrived at around 5 pm, and they took a further 20 minutes to clean the room. As of May 2024, the hotel is still under construction, and some finishing touches are being added. Throughout the day, there was construction noise, and to my dismay, at night, up until 2 a.m., some guests were playing loud music and creating a havoc. None of the staff had the consideration to ask them to stop. The room was not properly cleaned. While the bedding was fresh, the table had food remains all over. Water was not provided, and when I went to ask for a plate to have dinner, even that was charged. The quality of the room was more than adequate, but the bathroom is a bit too small. As I was getting ready to check out, as the time stated is 11:00am, 15 minutes prior a staff came knocking. When I said I'll take a few minutes to get ready, he continued knocking, saying it's cleaning time. After checkout, as I was walking to my cab, a staff member came and was insisting on giving a 5 star review on the spot. Their staff either needs to be changed or needs to be properly trained to talk to guests. Overall, I wouldn't recommend until these things are sorted out.

No AC in the rooms, it's very hot in the summer, we literally suffocated by the heat in the rooms, Not even drinking water will be supplied , plates spoons were also not supplied which they insisted to purchase , very poor service and not recommnedable.

Please do not book this hotel. I recently booked this hotel, but upon reaching the hotel, the very unprofessional receptionist mentioned there are no AC rooms available. I would like to highlight do not book this hotel online and also the quality of rooms is not good.

Nice place and vehicle parking is full safety and friendly staf But maintain rooms clean and some more Safety that's it
