Hotel O RAMOJI BESIDE OMNI HOSPITAL KOTHAPET

The rooms are very unhygienic, smelly. The receptionist is very rude and not responsive. Bedsheets and pillow covers have yellow stains. Ac was not working as well. Bathroom and toilet seats have got stains and there are cockroaches in the hallway and rooms. The area is very bad and very unsafe for women. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Washrooms in the rooms are very bad and the lift which is used here is an old one, The inside building is not maintained cleanly. Not recommended for hygiene ones.

Rooms are not tidy and clean, geyser is not working in the room, pillow covers are covered with stains. Main thing is the bucket is completely greenish with growth of alage.service person response is not upto the mark.

They do not even deserve 1 star... Hotel staff were irresponsible and there was a garbage dump across the lobby... We requested staff multiple times to clean it but they did not even bother to listen.. Flush was not working. The water gun was also not working. There was no ventilation I could find bad smell in rooms There were bed bugs and small cockroach in every side of room Since there is a local bar in the building, lift was so dirty and not maintained properly. No parking available for this hotel as confirmed by reception desk people. Please don't ever visit if you are looking for a pleasant stay in Hyderabad.

The staff is good.. The service is also good but u need to ask them to clean the room and change bedsheets. AC, Geyser, TV working very well. Bathroom is ok. Location is great. Not satisfied with bed in my room, seemed old one. Overall, I would recommend.

room was not at all clean, water tap was not working, ac was not working, no proper ambience, wen we entered the room smoke smell was coming. only bed was there, no table nothing was there on that room. worst experience one good thing only wifi was working fine. but i would request to make the room more clean with proper ambience we are paying so high cost but we r not getting the benefits.
