Hotel Deccan Retreat

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and a big part of that experience was thanks to Prasanth at the reception. And the chef Hari who makes incredible food...From the moment I arrived, Prasanth greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and effortless. He was incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help with any request, no matter how small. His friendly nature and attention to detail truly made me feel at home. Thank you, Prasanth and Hari , for your outstanding hospitality--you made my stay even more memorable!

This hotel is good with courteous staff & is ideal for those coming for US Consulate interview - 1.3 kms to Consulate & 8 kms to VAC. Only breakfast (idli + xx) is provided. Parallel road has some decent hotels. Though the check-in is 12pm, they allow early check in and late check out with a nominal extra rent. Kindly ensure this, get a whatsapp confirmation while booking.

Excellent rooms, cleanly maintained, very near to US CONSULATE. Important to mention the support and cooperation of manager Prashanth, a very nice helping guy, patiently gives direction even speaking to auto driver, booking auto for CONSULATE visit. Very pleasant guy

Rooms are neat and clean for a simple and comfortable stay.. Stayed here for 2 nights.. US consulate is about a kilometre.. One can walk in 10 mins approx.. Food is simple and homely.. Limited menu for both veg and non veg.. that keep your gut and stomach safe.. Would recommend this for people who wants a simple and comfortable stay

No visitors are allowed, and there are no basic amenities like a coffee and tea maker. Breakfast is the same daily: idly with below-average items. I am not sure company are why preferring this type of trash hotel.

Stay here very often. Nice rooms. Abhijit at reception is always very helpful. Food is also nice with 2-3 options for breakfast. Also quiet environment away from traffic.

The Deccan Retreat is a very good and comfortable facility at an affordable price, equipped with power back up and Wi fi . An added advantage is its location, close to the US Consulate. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Both, Abhijit and Prashant at the front desk are always willing to help in every possible way. The simple, homecooked meals are delicious. Strongly recommend it .
