Please do not choose this stay. The guys over there are very unprofessional. The property owner asked for 300 rupees more than what was quoted on the website. I had prepaid the money but still was forced by owner to pay 300 extra. They sell water bottles more than MRP.

Charging extra money for all the services. Poor management. Wouldn't recommend for anyone.

They had given rooms another party on market rate and refused to allot rooms. after requesting and pay extra money, they allotted another room after one and half hours. my suggestion is to delete this lodge (holiday inn) from Oyo booking to avoid any inconveniences to customers.

Located juz 1km from Victoria Memorial metro station. Rooms were good nd neet when I visited. Only thing to be noted. Don't depend on the Online price of the hotel. Hotel have their own fixed price for the rooms, u have to pay remaining amount at reception to cnfrm ur booking.

Do not book a room here as there is pricing issues with OYO. I faced a very embarassing where in the hotel denied checkin for my guests who were my clients. The hotel will ask for 2x the amount booked on website. I repeat do not book here under any circumstances.

Very Surprising to note OYA tieup with such low standard hotels, the basic requirement of any Sales executive is to have a bill for claiming purpose, on 14th two of executives stayed for a night and the hotel says they don't give any bill that too this was communicated after collecting money in advance and during checkout. Never to stay in these type of hotels
