A great place for cricket. We only booked the ground and didn't stay in the resort so cannot comment on the facilities apart from the ground. Coming to the ground, it is well maintained and the pitch also has good assistance for bowlers. Outfield is maintained very well. There is a good sitting area for teams to sit. Food is served if ordered, which is a nice advantage which not many grounds have. The 2 things that are annoying are 1. The approach to the pitch is at an elevated angle, which sort of disrupts the run up of bowlers. 2. Parking for those who booked only the ground is outside the resort. While there is lot of area to park outside, I think they should let the customers who booked the ground to park vehicles inside.

I had high hopes for my stay at Grand Arena Resorts & Sports County, as the resort itself looked beautiful, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a very frustrating situation after checkout. A guest bus was unloading luggage in the middle of the exit road, completely blocking our way. When we approached the security staff for assistance, specifically a person named Jana, we were met with a shocking level of uncooperation. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, he started shouting at us, making it clear he wasn't willing to take any action. He then told us that we wouldn't be able to leave until the entire unloading process was finished, which meant we were stuck there for an extended period, despite it being a simple request to move the bus just a little. This situation completely disrupted our plans, especially since we had a long journey ahead, and it was incredibly frustrating to be treated with such disregard. It wasn't until we called the reception and raised our concerns that they finally took action and cleared the way for us. The fact that this wasn't handled right away shows a lack of proper management and guest care. While this experience left a very negative impression, I must mention that the resort itself did have its positives. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. The food was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. Ultimately, the poor handling of this exit situation really spoiled the mood and made what could have been a pleasant experience feel quite frustrating. I hope the management looks into improving their staff training, especially in terms of customer service and conflict resolution, as a little bit of professionalism and efficiency could have turned this experience around.

It was a very nice experience we had. I really appreciate their hospitality, they way they welcomed people, taken us to the rooms arranged what we requested and food was delicious. All of my family members are very happy with the food including my mother 80 year old. Too many varieties in breakfast. I really recommend others to experience this place... We have all indoor games to get engaged and superb cricket ground with floodlights.. people / corporates can organise a cricket tournament here in weekends and enjoy the food and have a great weekend..

My experience was not good nor bad Because, management is not good, they won't take care of guests. Recently i attended a marriage , in there swimming pool,the water is not nice and clean . Dust is present in the pool That's why it is my bad experience in this resort

Very good place for either a day trip or a weekend stay. Lot of indoor games as well as a huge cricket ground. A bit let down for us as we couldn't do bowling. It was under repair. Plenty of rooms in either tent form (pics attached) or regular rooms with rustic decor. Nicely maintained. The food is good. Overall, all good about this place.

Our stay at Grand Arena Sports Academy Resort was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. We went there with friends .Enjoyed the stay . Food was very tasty and staff were also cordial and friendly. We want to go there for one more time and recommend others also to visit that place to hav fun time.

Took a day outing for team, all good|| no complaints nice outdoor activities. Tug-of-war was good. Cricket was good. Had fun playing Kabaddi and Coco.||Played seven stones and lots of indoor games||Only thing Not fun, that it was-too far from city ||Friendly staff
