Stayed at FabHotel Lio7 Grand recently and it was an excellent experience. The lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and made me feel at home right away. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Great value for money!

Had a nice experience with the stay. The rooms were very neat, room service was good. Break fast wasn't available but outside food was allowed inside. Me and my family would choose fab hotel again for our next visit.

Worst bathrooms, no proper amenities .. the room is always having bad smell... And overall experience was below average.arent genuine too

Please dont go to this FabHotel Lio7, they are very commercial they wont spare charging money for extra couple of minutes, They keep calling you continuously to pay the charges extra for additional time, even if you are their in important meetings. They insists to pay online also, even if you have your luggage at room. their online timings and offline timings are different be aware. Hotel is not worth of the penny paying in terms of ambiance, hospitality and mainly the reception.
