Room is very spacious for the cost compared to other hotels.. keep that ON. A pleasant and relaxing stay, especially for those looking to unwind in a quieter, green setting.

Laundry service was quick and efficient. The in-house restaurant served tasty food, though the menu could have had more variety. Cons: The lift was quite slow, which can be a bit inconvenient during busy hours. Some plug points in the room weren't working, which was slightly frustrating. Overall Experience: A pleasant and relaxing stay, especially for those looking to unwind in a quieter, green setting. A few improvements in maintenance and amenities would make it even better.

We had a ceremony planned at the lawn and restaurant. We also stayed there overnight. The staff was super cordial and supportive since we decided to book. On the day of the event, the management supported us immensely and accomodated all our requests. A special mention for the manager Mr. Susheel who personally catered to our guests like a family member. We had a great experience for the event and the catering as well. Highly recommended...

Had a pleasant one-night stay at Hotel Ellaa, Hyderabad. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with clean, hygienic rooms. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options. The staff was extremely cordial and friendly, adding to the positive experience. For those traveling for a US visa, this hotel is ideal as both the biometrics center and the US Consulate are just a 15-20 minute drive away on either side. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

I visited your place for a candlelight dinner last night, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. The food items, especially the non-veg dishes like chicken, were not up to the mark -- the chicken had an unpleasant odor, which was quite off-putting. The dining area was infested with mosquitoes, which made it very uncomfortable to sit and eat. For the price of 6,000, I was surprised to see that only 5 bottled water was served -- this really gave the feeling of being at a roadside or local eatery rather than a premium dinner experience. Frankly, I could have gone to other cafes and had a much better and more hygienic experience at one-third the cost. Overall, the dinner was not worth the price, and it certainly did not meet the expectations your promotional materials had set. Disappointed.

Terrible Experience - Cold Food, Mosquito Bites & Rude Management! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my visit to this restaurant on Valentine's night was beyond disappointing. To begin with, my starter arrived stone cold, as if it had been sitting out for ages. When I pointed it out, the staff didn't seem to care and just shrugged it off. No offer to replace it, no apology--just indifference. As if that wasn't bad enough, the dining area was infested with mosquitoes! I spent most of my time swatting them away and still ended up with multiple bites. It was incredibly frustrating and completely ruined the romantic experience we were expecting. To make matters worse, when we requested a table change due to the mosquitoes, the waiter helped us relocate, but then the manager came over and started arguing! He insisted that the table was reserved for someone else--even though there were plenty of vacant tables in the open-air dining area. Instead of accommodating us, he chose to be confrontational, making an already bad experience even worse. We barely ate anything, just the cold starter, and left in frustration. We didn't even care about the money at that point--despite prepaying 6,500 for just 30 minutes of candlelight dining and a terrible meal. Absolutely not worth it. Between the cold food, mosquito infestation, and rude management, this place is a disaster. Save your money and avoid it at all costs!

Recently went for a dinner through Cherish. The place is almost secluded within the city. The staff was courteous. We were welcomed by Kamalpreet and she was very nice all along. They decorated the tables and played music according to our liking. Food was great too. It was a lovely evening. Also there is a small park adjacent and you can stroll there too.

The hotel is situated amidst lush green environment. While the construction is old, the aesthetics, walking track, garden and courteous staff make up for it. If you're a nature lover, will definitely recommend!
