Dash Hotels - Affordable Luxury

We had booked due to good reviews and it did not dissappoint. We were lucky to have met the owner who very sweet and inviting and upgraded our room for free. The rooms were neat and clean and had good ac, hot water and coffee/tea bar. I loved that they had a cafeteria for use to eat outside food and a microwave. The service was very good. And the hotel cleanliness was 10/10. They even allowed early check in and late check out. If you are looking for an affordable stay but comfort and cleanliness and good service I would totally recommend Dash hotel.

Dash hotel is a good place to stay in hyderabad. It is situated at the center place of the city and market and other visiting places are well connected. The staff is very cooperative and supportive. It gives all kind of assistance needed by a visitor. The owner is very gentle, helpful and cooperative. The complimentary breakfast facility is not in house but is arranged well on demand. I recommend stay in this hotel.

The hotel room was luxurious ,hygienic and very well maintained. The Manager and staff members were so kind and helpful. Best hotel to stay in hyderabad. The hotel premise is also very beautiful there are two adjacent temples . Will recommend it to everyone who's looking for a good luxurious stay at a reasonable rate .

Nice hotel overall--clean room and good location. Staff were polite, but the check-in process was a bit slow. Still a good value for the price.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights on 9th and 10th April 2025. The staff as well as the owner of the property Mr.Sanjeeb was very kind enough to render all sorts of help to have a comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms are neat and clean and Air conditioning was excellent. They provide tea/coffee at the room with self help preparatiion. The absence of cafeteria need not come in the way of booking as there are many good hotels at walkable distance. So also many veg hotels arrange room delivery through Swiggy/Zomato etc. Overall experience was great. I would like to thank Mr.Sanjeeb and his staff for making my stay comfortable.

Stayed only one night. Mr. Sanjeev though initially was well behaved but the moment I reduced my booking days from two to one day, because of personal reasons, I could feel the anger in his response to me on my whatsapp. He in fact told that I had to pay extra If I Revise booking for one day. Later when I raised the issue stating that already I had spoken to a Lady who had answered my call, and no change in tariff was communicated for one day booking. Anyway later on it was resolved and agreed on the pre-decided tariff. I feel this could have been avoided by proper Communication among the owners and staff. I will bring out pros and cons of the Hotel now: 1. Location wise very near to Rly station, but Beware to book your transport well in advance as early morning its difficult to get one. Even the Hotel staff doesnt help to get one. So you have to arrange on your own. 2.Slightly away from main road, difficult to locate because there is no sign board or marker on main road. 3.No reception on the Ground floor, only the closed shutter of shop is seen, you have to go through steps and take lift for 2nd floor where the reception can be seen. I found a Rajasthani guy, who wasnt seen in his seat most of the times, stating the reasons that he is monitoring renovations of other rooms which is under process. 4.The room is 10x12 ft (approx.) only, with quality furniture (a chair and a stool) arranged to fit in the small space. As per reception staff this was the largest room available with them. 5.Room is neat and tidy with quality products. 6.TV they say is connected with wi-fi so no Tv channel can be accessed, can just watch YouTube, don't expect to watch any TV soap from any channel. 7.Hotel doesnt have any restaurant of its own, you have to take help of E-Commerce operators for any food item. Hotel staff won't help bringing food items for room service. Also you need to ask for crockery from Hotel staff to have your food. The electric kettle provided was having stains inside, not well cleaned. Towels are white but stains can be seen, feel like using a dirty towel. Yes coffee/ tea pouches were also available. 8.Once you enter washroom, you find that no mug and bucket is provided, later only I saw that a sticker is there on washroom wall stating "ask us for mug and bucket" for saving water. This I think could have been mentioned in the welcome note in the room itself appropriately. Or better if the staff at reception tells in advance. Its Disgusting to find such note when one goes to washroom. 9.RO water outlet is there in Hotel, every time you have to ask the reception guy to get it. No other staff has been deployed for attending Housekeeping duties. 10.Overall I would rate it 3/5 as at this rate you can get better hotels with spacious rooms equipped with TV and Wi-Fi for internet usage and more than that sufficient staff to cater for your needs.

Dash Hotel really affordable luxury hotel centralized in the city very easy to connect all the locations of Hyderabad City. The rooms are very cleaned, staff also very helpful worth to stay here. The owner Sanjeev sir is very down to earth person. And the best thing that canteen area you can get/order food from out side and enjoy your Breakfast/ lunch and dinner. Finally the best choice to stay there.

Was staying in this place a few days last week. Hotel rooms were clean. Owner of this place Sanjeev is a very nice person. Please say hi to him when you visit this hotel. He is very pro-active in giving all information prior to arriving to the hotel and will also help out if need be while you are staying. ||Major issue that I found was the person who was the care taker for the rooms. this guy is hardly present when you need him. He is so lethargic, that he does not know how to train the boys under him who has to help the customer. Even though I treated him well by ordering dinner on all nights that I stayed (once for him) and other nights for the boys who were helping the customers, he does not behave as a good example on how to treat customers. ||Sanjeev sir - Its time to change this guy in the front desk on 2nd floor and bring someone (like a hotel industry studying graduate student) who will know how to treat customers and mentor boys under him. Also, we cannot even stand in the ground floor while we wait for our cab as its a very bad smell with the cows being present there. Not sure if you can do something about this, however, i will not be returning to your hotel mainly for this reason. Location is not that ideal for us to be there. Hope my review came out in the right spirit as I do not write reviews to spoil a business but to help them get better. All the best for Mr. Sanjeev and Dash hotels.
