Horrible hotel to stay! Beds were so dirty and stinking. Bathroom was so dirty no proper lock, new paper was stick to bathroom window people could see easily, No hot water They charged me 3.5k per day since it's new year time

Good hotel nice and clean room with good service and friendly staff. Customer service is good as these people help you tour the city. Available car parking. Room rate was very affordable and worthy

Bathroom is not clean no ventilation room is not clean, actually we are not give you any star my reting is 0 but their is no option 0star

Rooms were kinda having a bad smell but the problem was we couldn't use the ac. The fan gives you hot air wow so hot. Ambience was quite good. Not so cozy but a casual place. Staff is friendly. But there are better hotels in and around here to have a cozy stay. Have agood time

Worst ever experience in staying in this un-professional hotel Bad Service /Bad Staff /Bad Reception work Rooms are very dirty and badly smells No room service by hotel management Highly recommend NOT to visit this hotel for stay in Hyderabad .. If there is No Star option available i would definitely give them No Star rating.

rooms are quite dirty and the service is disappointing as during cleaning time they have stolen my face wash while asking they are arguing against us. So,be secure like that before visiting.

The hotel rooms weren't good at all. First we got a room where the toilet was too close to the wall which made it difficult to sit on it, the tv was broken so then we asked them to change our room as we were three and needed a bigger bed. They did not let us change the room saying they don't have more rooms available but as soon as I told my college sir and complained again they agreed to give us another room. The second room was all good but again v had a broken shower where the shower and the tap would get on together and the water doesn't get adjusted. On the second day early morning when we had to go out for our tour, the service guys came and asked us to move from the room. The reason we were told to move was because they said our fan wasn't working when it was working just fine. The third room that was given to us didn't have hot water . For two days we had a cold bath. There were even more rooms where our friends did not get hot water for all the three days that we stayed. ( The videos I uploaded are from the second room that was given after a complaint and you can clearly see the fan working. All the rooms that we had to change are on the second floor ) I request you to please clean the rooms properly and check if everything is working properly.
