Check in was easy. ||Room was not well made and had to wait for towels and other items to be filled. Rooms are clean with very bad smell. Took some time to cope with that.||Toilet is spacious enough for a budget hotel.||The management and staffs look dull and not up to the mark. I had booked the option with breakfast.||The restaurant in the hotel is not active but still is offering breakfast with very high rates. Don't know how hygiene the food is going to be. Felt like cheating in the morning. Had to wait for hours for room service tea. They served breakfast after waiting an hour from 8 to 9. Just one dosa split into two. They said the rest of the things are on the way. But we have other important things to do than wait for some breakfast for more than 1 hour even after 9. I don't think I never had such an experience. Even when we were leaving at 9.20 the rest of the stuff was not ready.||Poor service and negligent staff. It's not a worth it place to stay for the price.||Location is perfectly ok with connectivity.||I don't know whether they have any parking slots.

This hotel is in good location. It is comfortable to stay for short time. Rooms are generous in size. Facilities are OK.||Price is average.||Customer service is poor. Management is absent.||Google search can take you to Santosh Nagar area, beware. That hotel closed years ago.||Online booking is not encouraged.

Positive points first : The owner Sudhir Reddy is a nice and courteous person, available on call on 24X7 basis . The property is located on the 2nd floor of a multi purpose building on a main highway in Kothapet , with several shopping malls , restaurants , departmental stores , metro station and a hospital in close vicinity . Rooms are furnished with comfortable beds and provided with required toiletries in the washroom . The hotel lobby is spacious and provided with comfortable sofas/chairs . A very well known food chain [ Palamuru Grill ] at the entrance to the Hotel serves delicious meals at affordable prices .||||Negative points : Only free to air DD channels are provided , apparently the property does not pay any subscriptions for popular Hindi/English channels . The housekeeping/ room service staff does not understand proper English or Hindi and it||also seems that they do not know how to smile and greet their guests . Cleaning of the washroom left much to be desired . In the name of "complimentary buffet breakfast" , the breakfast actually served in the room comprises of just 2 items and coffee without adhering to the time requested for service . The property valet service desk on the ground floor remains unattended as a result of which the guests have to drag their luggage from the street to the elevator by themselves . ||||All these issues - and some others as well - were brought to the notice of the property owner from time to time during our 4 days' stay . I have been assured that they will be taken care of in the best possible manner .

We booked an air-conditioned suite room (212) for three nights. One of the AC units did not work for the entire duration of our stay. There is only one attendant for the whole hotel and as a result the room service is horrible. They took 3 hours to get us an extra mattress. They never changed the bed sheets in our room. It took repeated requests to send someone to clean the floor. The bathroom reeks of cigarette smell. Horrible experience.

I stayed with my family here (2 kids). Hotel completely smells smoking, rooms are heavily embedded this smoking smell. After great search we found room with no smoking smell and stayed back. Don't recommend this hotel with family. No kitchen, they are getting local food for breakfast (don't choose breakfast). Staff is good and they helped us

Cleanliness in rooms: 3 * Food: 4* restaurant was under renovation when we visited.. breakfast was sourced from outside only arrived after 8.40 am Hospitality: 5* Issues: 1. no towels provided for first 2 days of stay.. even after asking only one towel was given on third day 2. Toilets were not cleaned when we arrived 3. Soap kit not provided from second day 4. Breakfast served only after 8.45-9 am.. some items are always missing initially and sourced 30 min later.. tea/coffee not provided with breakfast buffet. Need to follow up several time during breakfast or even in evening to get tea ready.. 5. Service is a bit lethargic Great location.. Victoria memorial metro station is within 50m of the hotel Karachi bakery is on second floor.. several malls and eatery at walking distance Would recommend stay here

Rooms are well maintained, staffs are courteous.||Only Telugu and Hindi speaking staffs||Breakfast provided in the room itself with limited choice, as they buy outside and serve||Hotel location is near to many tourist spots and markets.||45 mins drive from Airport||||good place for the price we pay.

Its an excellent hotel for stay. Very budget friendly and they have Very nice and clean rooms. Their staff is so courteous and friendly. Specially Ms. Sapna (Who manages administration at front office) is very courteous and respects/greets the customers with a smile.
