I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty and had a terrible smell. Even after repeatedly informing the staff, they did not take any action and instead behaved rudely towards us. There was no proper management at all. Basic needs like clean drinking water were not provided. There was no food facility, and they didn't even provide basic utensils or cutlery for eating. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Very poor hygiene, unprofessional staff, and lack of basic guest services. Definitely not worth staying here.

I paid in cash for two days as the upi server was down and they did not give any written acknowledgement for the payment. The next day, they were saying that I paid for only one day. When I asked them to show the CC camera footage of the counter, they had no answers. This made my holiday stay very unpleasant. The management is very poor here. They just put anyone on the counter.

TV is mentioned but not available. Water seepage on walls. Dustbin and garbage lying in front of room gate. High dust on bed and bedsheets have holes. Bathrooms not clean. No water bottles provided, no bathroom utilities provided, not replaced towels. No cleaning of room offered on their own. Have to shout on them for getting the room cleaned. Very bad and not recommended.

My question to @makemytrip team Why do you tie-ups with this Such type of hotels. @makemytrip - hotel is ruining your image.. I have mindset that you guys are doing tie-ups with such poor quality hotel services so I doubt I'm gonna book any other hotel with you guys in my life. These hotel had no clarity about room cleanliness, no basic manner of hospitality to talk to client. Location is poor.. All over I give zero rating to hotel and minus marking to make my trip team for making such poor collaboration.

Rooms are very clean and the facility is very good ... All staff's behaviour are so politie.

I have stayed in this property for more than 8 days just because of the neatness and friendly staff.. it was awesome and I would suggest to take this property if you wanna stay in secunderabad... Mostly convenient for business visit people

Very bad service,we stayed there for 3 days,they ask us to pay full amount while check in,but later they didn't provide proper services,The hotel staff behaviour was very pathetic and they were ignoring our concern's.Hygiene was not maintained and rooms were not cleaned properly and when we ask them to clean they put collected garbage outside our room.shortcircuit happened for whole day and night and there were no arrangement and they lied that electrician is coming so there was no electricity and water in the room.Hotel is in narrow lane and there were no proper parking space.Indoor food facility was not there.They were charging extra money for bisleri bottles.Heaters were not working properly.Garbage was thrown everywhere.overall worst service and worst decision to stay at this hotel.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel the check-in experience was smooth and hassle free deserving every off the 10 star
