We have booked this for 2 days and it was a good experience as the property is very spacious and even the caretaker was humble and polite.

No intercom, no restaurant or kitchen. For any room service u contact on mobile only that is busy mostly. U have to ask for basic need like towels,soap and even for water. Very bad experience.for tea or coffee u have to wait atleast half an hour.

Nice rooms and free WiFi service and you have your own kitchen with so many ingredients in it like spoons etc I love the rooms so much overall it's good

Worst experience ever. Worst behaviour by staff . Never come here . I booked a deluxe room online and paid the entire amount. They showed us the worst room and when we refused to stay there and demanded check out and refund they denied rudely.. kept us waiting for more than an hour after a tiring train journey. Really angry and disappointed.

Awesome. As everyone else said had a homely experience. Everything was good, however we've had little trouble with geezer as we were getting little very little amount of Hot water. Apart from this Everything was fantastic. Kishore at the reception completed check in smoothly. Sameer was very helpful and wonderful person. Beautiful location and nice ambience. Very good for family. Thank you.

Felt like home. Amazing place to stay at the heart of Hyderabad. Metro available 1km from here. Made it easy to travel around. The rooms are good, Clean and comfortable. The care-taker and owner, both are really helpful people. Loved the stay. Definitely recommended and would love to visit again.

Affordable and for the price room is good...near from secunderabad railway station,..not suitable for who are expecting 5 star hotel feel

Hotel rooms are really very good. Manager Mr Kishore and Staff Mr Sameer are very friendly, cooperative and 24/7 at our service. Private lounge for 2 rooms each with sofa set and table adds on to your room, makes us very comfortable and gives homely feeling. Overall very much satisfied and it was a recommendable stay.
